  1. After much dissappointment when the wrong calibre was sent and a few more complications, my new AA TX200HC .177 finally arrived today unfortunately it arrived at 4.30, 6days after I paid extra for 24hr delivery, (without the gunbag I paid for and the scope arrived separately yesterday :realmad:) when I was out shooting on a new bit of permission - farmer with a feral pigeon problem ) but at least it's here. Just can't wait to get out with it At least I had a bit o fun on my new permission with the HW95k

  3. The pics dont do her justice, she does look a bit leggier in the flesh but I used my camera phone to take the pics. She hasn't had the variety of accidents that bramble has (3 types of deer? damned unlucky  ) , but I'm sure it'sonly a matter of time. Anytime you're up this way, let me know bro.
  4. Here's the litter sister to NW's bitch. 28". Not too good at the old rabbiting game, but I'm sure she'll do okay in shows (if I can only get her outta this bloody habit of chasing things she shouldn't   )
  5. How to Give A Cat A Pill 1) Pick cat up and cradle it in the crook of your left arm as if holding a baby. Position right forefinger and thumb on either side of cat's mouth and gently apply pressure to cheeks while holding pill in right hand. As cat opens mouth, pop pill into mouth. Allow cat to close mouth and swallow. 2) Retrieve pill from floor and cat from behind sofa. Cradle cat in left arm and repeat process. 3) Retrieve cat from bedroom, and throw soggy pill away. 4) Take new pill from foil wrap, cradle cat in left arm, holding rear paws tightly with left hand. 7. Excellent choice [bANNED TEXT]. IMHO the best mail order place is www.theairguncentre.com they appear a bit more expensive than others (uttings are usually the cheapest) but their service is second to none and you have to remember that the rifle comes with pellets, case etc. and has been tuned Plus you get the benefit of a lifetime guarantee and you can send it back whenever to have it repaired free, overhauled free. I bought my HW95k from them and they've displayed the best service ever. On Thursday I'm ordering another rifle, dicided what rifle I wanted - not even a question about where t

  10. Just had a call from one o my mates (he's on here) to say his blue lurcher bitch was stolen this afternoon from a village near Kilmarnock, Ayrshire. A witness saw two men about lunchtime, not great descriptions - 1 skinny and 1 fat. The bitch is about three years old, more or less, 25"ish.

    airgunbbs

I was booted off a while back for posting pics of a couple o pigeons and a wabbit - man, there was about three pages of abuse - one w*nker even started making threats about what he was gonna do if he ever met me - cos he was an ex-heavyweight boxer, who almost went pro (and obviously, sooooo good he never made it and has to shout about how good he ALMOST was! I got booted off just after I repied to his threats with my own wee offer of a friendly face-to-face discussion  . Good bloody riddance. I did point out that guns are designed to kill and you must expect a few hunting pics on an
  12. I'm about to get an Air Arms TX200HC or an HW97K, the question is - .177 or .22? I've always used .22, and my current HW95K is.22, but I'm aware that .177 is a flatter trajectory etc. I'm curious about the impact force of a smaller pellet, especially at longer ranges (40-50m). Does it still produce a clean kill at this range? I know I have to apply more holdover with a .22, but if I hit the target, it usually goes down 1st time, can I expect the same with .177?

    whey protein

You want a high quality Ion-exchange Whey protein, but watch out for claims of too much protein per serving - the human body can only utilise 30g of protein at a time. You also have a window of opportunity for 60 mins after your workout, when your body is obviously screaming out for nutrients (unless yer trainin like a hairdresser ) Durning this one hour, your body is able to absorb and utilise doulbe the amount of nutrients from food, in only half the time (i.e. if your body normally took 20g in 20 mins, for talking sake, then post-workout, it would take 40g in 10 mins ) Ideally, you sh
  15. You did what you did out of love [bANNED TEXT]. RIP
  16. I'm currently considering buying an underlever air rifle and am quite fond of the HW97k. However, I have read many good things about Air Arms too, although never actually handled or shot one. I have one wee question though (based on reviews I've read) - does the anti-bear trap thing (technical or what? ) make a repeated clicking noise? If it does - is it loud? How do others feel with this when hunting? i.e. does it scare everything within hearing distance? Okay, so that's really 3/4 questions - sorry Ta
  17. Just for a quick laugh.... Go to www.google.co.uk and search for the 'French military victories' and press the I'm feeling lucky button... (Well I though it was funny anyway)
  18. Who the hell would want to put months and years of effort, love and training into a dog, only to feck it up by forcing the dog to run when they knows it's gonna get hurt, just to prove a point? These are the sort of a&*eholes who will then sell the dog on "cos it's crap" - truth is, the owner's crap and not worthy of owning such an animal. If there's a strong chance of the dog getting hurt - why don't you take yer boots and socks off and run the f*ckin field? W*nks! Anyone who puts their head above the fence is always gonna get their share of pr*cks willing to shoot them down - Plummer et

You can't miss them, just next to this big feckin torch!" works particularly well. :11: :11: :11: :11: :11: Saying that i went to a deer park where my mate lives and you just bang on the side of the car and shout C'mon and they come running in to about 20-30 yards. :11: :11: LMFAO
