    you cant compare a drawing dog with a dog that works above ground. theres not much skill in drawing just stupidity thats why the bull is added. WHAT?????????? are you mad mate if people call an allrounder a dog that just runs rabbits long ears etc etc odd fox are mad you must widen your choice and use for drawing you confused me! Drawings a different game its more for the terrier man.

    My best up to date with one dog is 44 rabbits in one night.I had a night on just the long ears with him but came home after an hour he had 6 in that time and could have caught more if i carried on. 6 long ears in a hour not bad mate what time of year and what dog do run mate early winter. about september time.

    not sure how many runs i had all i can say is it was alot. I will say the first 28 were caught farely fast it was good ground and the weather was good. the other 16 took a bit more time. what cross was that dog then mate The dog is a alsation/collieXwhippet/greyhound.

    I have a first cross alsation/whippet 22"tts. she is a lamping dog has bags of staminia and catchs plenty. she is a heavy bitch but works well. i would say a first X whippet collie might turn out o.k Mines a whippet dog over a alsation bitch i wouldnt have her if she was breed the other way.

    she is 18 months old she is catching plenty of rabbits. she has caught some long ears and as become very keen on the foxes

    I have a cracking little lamping bitch i was thinking of puting a dog to when she comes on heat. i dont usally breed dogs. And would like some thoughts about this cross I have a AlsationXwhippet bitch 22"tts wieghing 44lbs thinking about puting a greyhound dog over her producing a Alsation/whippet/greyhound or perhaps a whippet dog producing a 3 quarter whippet/quarter alsation would any one be interested? if so in which cross?

    I belive they do get an amunity to it. i have been told that the light scabing is a sign of them getting over it but i am not 100% sure. All i can tell you is it is spread buy the flea on them. and it looks a dam horrible way to die. These antis go on about hunting beeing cruel. whats more cruel than mixy i know which way i would rather die if i was a rabbit.

    I have found the rabbits have not been as thick on the ground this year as they have been in the past couple of years. There doesnt seem to be as many hotspots as in the past. Not even in places that are always good for producing rabbits. just wondering if any one thinks the same. Or weather it is just a bad year for the area i lamp in. I cover a large quite a large area.

    exercise promotes growth hormones that is a fact. the more exercise the dog does the more growth hormones promoted. the more hormones the stronger the growth. the stronger the growth the better the development. a young dog that is taken out regular is steady anyway so it doesnt go fast enough to hurt itself.

    how do you find out who is the best marathon runner. you put the runners in the same race to find out who comes 1st 2nd and 3rd How do you find out which dog has the most stamina.? Both dogs run the same rabbits all night this keeps the amount of running done simular for both dogs. The dog that is running the strongest at the end of the night is the one with the most stamina. its about finding out who has the fittest dog between friends hope this helps. The point is stamina forget about the rabbit just think of the dogs. For any dog to be able to have 70 runs in one night that is something. i am running two dogs both trained the same way they both have the fittness to run 70 rabbits and still walk back to the car. taking dogs out that young gives them a better chance to do this. Two dogs trained the same way can both do this as i have proved. If i was bullshiting about my dog i would have said he caught

    yes they did. Thats two dogs with the stamina to run for four hours plus both trained with the 8 weeks old method so both dogs roughly cought 26 each, yes for arguments sake i will agree with what you just said. i think i know where you are heading this

    yes bonny1 he runs all his RABBITS doubled up pmsl mickey richardson i have read on this sight that you do more day work than 90% off people this you have said yourself so how does this make you an expert on lamping and lamping dogs? im no expert in any way im out 4/5 days a week and maybe 3 nights lamping a week through the season but I DO NOT RUN 2 FECKING DOGS TOGETHER ON A RABBIT WHEN LAMPING THERE IS NO NEED YOU FOOL your reason for running 2 dogs on rabbits is to compare dogs maybe this is how the lamp comp should be run as no 2 rabbits run the same aint that right trigger i don

    yes bonny1 he runs all his RABBITS doubled up pmsl mickey richardson i have read on this sight that you do more day work than 90% off people this you have said yourself so how does this make you an expert on lamping and lamping dogs? these rabbits were caught doubled up on the lamp or daytime? tbh i cant see the difference between 2 dogs running a rabbit whilst out ferreting than 2 dogs running a rabbit whilst out lamping...except for the light difference caught lamping.
