....very true I cull within a day of being born. I think if you have to cull then it should be done asap

Well it depends on what age you do it , if you hang on to kits on he understanding that a mate has some when there old enough to then find the aggrement has fallen through i would find it hard to cull at 8 weeks old,

Well i am at the acorn stage , but i reccon with some good pumps & a decent pair of trackie bottoms i will i will be ok, its just i feel so alive when i have done just that little bit , even if i am buggered at the end of it, seriously its great i didnt think any kind of excersize could be fun

Is it simply not a case off people not schooling the pup correctly in the first place or expecting them to do a hard nights work at a few months old that they end up in rescues or dumped , could it be a case of bad workmen blame there tools

Well its nice he isnt scared off hands , he must have been treated well before , they can & do sometimes bite arm, legs feet , during play , just put him back in his cage for a few mins & tell him ''No'' if he bites hard , theres skins a lot tougher than ours & they can simply bite us like they would bite another ferret when they play, he will soon learn whats aceptable & whats not

My kids never got lifts to school they always walked even in the rain , they didnt want to go mind

I think theres loads about in need of a good forever home so if its a good home cost shouldnt come into it really , you cant put a price on a ferret really there priceless

To be honest i think its the look of the draw , i have kept entire ferets together with no problems in the past & then other times i have had to seperate them at the start off the breeding season
