Well assuming he wasnt castrated could he be in season , not 100 % sure if they have the exact same length off time in season as ferrets , but in the past i have had hobs pace when in season & also pant like dogs

They do tend to go darker when they get there lighter summer coats , i suppose its like a camouflage thing where animals coats get lighter in the winter months so they can hide in the snow Aslo as para pointed out the loosing weights pretty normal as well when they moult out the heavey winter coats

The more space you give them the better the sizes you quote wont be anywhere near big enough , think 6x6x6 , they need cleaning out daily so you will have to handle them daily & feeding daily, if you cant afford the time i wouldnt bother personally , there not going to appreciate being shut in a tiny hutch The walks with the dogs ok once the dogs ferret bomb proof , ferrets are not the sort off animals you can just get out when you feel like it, there fairly high maintanence

Bike was one off the first songs he learned , he reccons an hour or so off playing the record over & over again he said he is now practicing Astromomy Domine off Piper at the gates of dawn I played Bike on you tube as i couldnt work out why he bangs the guitar in places but i think after watching the video off it i was pretty supprised how good he had got the Syd Barrett vocals
