Good point!!!!!! maybe you can shed some light on why so many threads seem to be aimed at people trying to get a leg over or why so many posts resort to everything but hunting???? Its banter basically it goes with the territory , theres more blokes on here than women, testosterone & all that To be honest its a lot calmer on here than it was a couple of yrs ago when there were regular requests for the ladies to get there tits out , so if you think this is bad I'd say the same to whoever really, you only have to look at the tatto post to see it, i'm all up for tatt

I would try and leave her where she is , just watch her behaviour, if she is frantic then have a couple at a time out leaving some kits with her , if she is really maternal she may just try to drag them back to bed anyway if she is allowed out at socialising time

My method is to handle after there tummys are full of as much meat as possible, there like putty in your hands , handle after each meal & get the rest off the family to do the handling as well, the more hands there used to the better 2 kits i had a few yrs ago were fed meat & nowt else & i never had a single nip of them or my lad who was younger them, dry foods ok but its useless when raising kits Oh i forgot to add if you have a large litter split them in to groups , less sibling rivalry i split a litter off 12 into 2 groups off 6 & that way i ensure the greedy on

i think all you can do is try get the ferret settled & feeling secure plenty of food & see how you go

This rescue is in Tayside where ever that is , the bloke said he will have the ferret & find it a home when its old enough to be moved on, he just asked me to contact him a bit nearer the time
