To be honest kay I cant remember - my ones this year went out in May - and the year before they went out the same... but that wasn't because its what they said to do on the tin, it was just when I stumbled accross them. I think you have a bit of give and take with wild flower seeds, as they can lay dormant for a long time, waiting for the right conditions. Take poppy seeds for example.... A farmer could plough an old ley thats not seen poppies for years, and suddenly gets the red beauties springing up everywhere....
