yes it was a great night out , a big thank you to roodogs, and what i nice type his dog is . he is strong and powerfull , but also real athletick , a real bouncy type that has a spring in its step if you know what i mean. roodog has a new lamp that i would love to have seen working but it wasnt set up yet. it makes the blitz look small. right mitch is next on the list to take this POM out,

no mate im loveing oz , but we both agreed he have not done n.z justice by only having 5 days there, hong kong was fine , but its pure city. the people were very friendly and you always feel safe . also it was very clean no litter or anything. the countryside in n.z looks great for running dogs , and im surpriced we dont here more about that , unless evry body there prefers shooting deer and doging pigs. but like i say it looks great for running dogs even lamping. are you with TING TONG max :11: would love that mate many thanks TOMO

CUT OUR OZY VISIT A BIT SHORTER SO WE CAN GO BACK TO N.Z WE LOVED IT THAT MUCH , WE WILL BE BACK AROUND THE 6 OF JAN. WE ARE HIRING A CAMPER, SO N.Z IS MY OYSTER. WE WILL BE TRAVLING BOTH ISLANDS, SO IF ANY OF YOU GUYS FANCY TAKING A POM OUT HUNTING, I DONT CARE IF ITS PIG , DEER , RABBIT WHATEVER. WILL PROBLY BE AREOUND LAKE TAUPO TO START AS THATS WHERE WE ENDED, ITS LOVLY ROUND THERE , BUT LIKE I SAY WE WILL BE TRAVLING ALL ROUND, SO COULD MEET UP ANYWHERE. CHEERS TOMO

same as whin used to do a lot of pheasants at night in fact it was my mian source of income at one time .best night on the birds was 99 but that was with a 410, best night with the airgun was 70. ( webly vulcan) only 2 of us maximize profit. we used specialy made extra long game carriers to carry them10 each side . we would fill 2 up (40 ) then carry those to a pick up point , then go back to the wood and carry on. DOING IT FOR A GOLF COURSE. CHARGE A SET FEE, TRY TO ESTIMATE HOW LONG ITS GOING TO TAKE YOU EACH WEEK. FOR EXAMPLE IF ITS GOING TO TAKE 3 HOURS TO SET YOUR TRAPS THEN 2-3 LIFTING TRAPS . TOTAL 6 HOURS AT AT LEAST £10 AN HOUR , AND UP TO £20 AN HOUR. THE THING WITH GOLF COURSES IS THE NEED CHECKING REGULAR , OR IF YOU GET THE GREEN KEEPER TO CALL YOU WHENEVER HE GETS A BREAK OUT ANYWHERE. i have'nt seen any pull up but i've seen a few good "roe" dogs really struggle to get a good hold on a fallow, let alone stop it, or bring it down even Thanks Lucky, I've just read Jackie Drakefords new book and she describes fallow as "not particually fast" and roe "not particually fast in the open" and a story about a pair of border terriers that "wrought havooc on ther local roe population". BEST THING TO DO MATE IS GO AND BUY A MINK LIVE TRAP CAGE, OR PREFABLY 2-3 REMEMBER TO COVER THEM SO THAT WHATEVER GETS COUGHT DOSNT GET SOAKED IF IT RAINS. SET THEM CLOSE TO THE AREA YOU LOST HIM PUT SOME BAIT IN , AND TRY AND GET IT IN SOME KIND OF SHELTERD PLACE. I HAVE ALSO LOST A NUMBER OVER THE YEARS , THIS WAS IN THE DAYS BEFORE THE LOCATOR. BUT I HAVE ALSO LOST ONE WITH A LOCATOR COLLAR ON ABOU 15 YEARS AGO . . LOST ONE ABOUT A MONTH AGO IT ESKAPED FROM THE CAGE IN MY VAN AND MANAGED TO GET OUT THE VAN SOMHOW WHILST IT WAS PARKED UP, THE FECKING THING THING ATE HALF MY LEMO

its been a couple of months now since i had a paying rabbit job come , but yesterday i was doing some sub contract work for a local firm . the course manager was worried about two jumps in particular where the rabbits had dug in to both ends. basicly there was an entrance at each side of the jump so i put the 40 yard long net right round the firs jump produced 3 rabbits . now my little bitch tara realy is coming on at this ferreting at one point the ferret was stuck with a rabbit and i was having real problems locating it as there was loads of interfearance, but geuse what tara start

MATE THE HANDLES ARE NOT A SEALED UNIT. IF YOU PRESS THE TWO RED THINGS IETHER SIDE AT THE BOTTOM OF THE HANDLE , THE END COMES OFF. . THEN PULL A LITTLE OF THE SPARE WIRING OUT, AND TIE A HALF HITCH IN IT . THEN STUFF THAT BACK IN SIDE THE HANDLE. THE KNOT WILL NOT PULL THROUGH THE HOLE SO TAKING THE PREASURE OF THE CONECTIONS. perhaps you got some good dogs tomo and some good sport with the ferrets etc but why dont you put a dvd together and show us old folks how to do it its easy to critasise not so easy to film if the lamper and chipper can put a dvd together you proffesionals should have no problems. your right Greygoose it is easy to critasise, and maybee i should do a film. but i and others have the right to critasize, when we have just paid upwards of £20 for a film. and it turns out to be not so good. for example The Lamper 4. you would think that it was about lamping.
