Come off it Ronnie ,,,,,I bet half the members on this site ,,have seen hares running in lines in groups,,,shaging in January ,,,I. Know I have,,, a lift in temperature for a few days,, and some sun on there backs and there at it,,,,,, And let me just remind you,,, the Waterloo cup,,, regarded as the pinacle of coursing was held at the end of February ...... I've been to more than a few big coursing days in early march,, and witnessed many good runs and misses in that month,,,and not a 5 month old pup amongst them...

Not done many posts this season,,,, but vin has badgered me today to do one,,, so here goes.. Had a run up north on to one of our farms,,,had good numbers up there over the years,,, but it's a bit low this year,,, but still a few to knock over,,,,got there about 7.30 and after a 20 Minuit near vitical climb,,, that has your hart going overdrive ,,, we eventually got to the area we were to do today Now because of the low numbers and some warrens being 20 pluss holes,, we decided to not bother netting,, and I'm glad we did,, bacau the warrens were only holding 1,2,3 's. Your right there Perthshire about the hammer and trigger,,,, I was 16 went to welbeck in north notts 22 thousand acre,,, one head keeper ,,, and 6 beat keepers,,,, I went up in June ,,,,,doh,,,, feck me I never new what hard work was till them 2 month on that rearing field,,,, all birds were from eggs in incubators,,, and either under broodys on the old system or others in big rooms in the old kennels,,,,, None stop from all day on the shovel cleaning out rooms,,,of the shit that's on shavings,,,, then cleaning everything with jays,,, and it was never clean enough for the head,,,lol,,
