it was a 16 dog stake....meaning the two finalists run 4 hares....the first year when she won....2003 she killed the first 3 hares...the final was against max of here...his dog buster (coursing bred)....neither dog killed the hare but my bitch got the nod of the judge...so she won... the second year same format....16 dog....she killed two hares to get to the final....one of which against splodge ...the final hare neither dog killed and it was a poor final run to be honest....but the other dog got the nod

believe it or not the first two races she had.....it was far more than that....killed the hares and carried them back to me....and i had them skinned and sold before the other dogs new what was happening....lol

depends which course you mean....some dogs she was so far ahead it was embarrassing.... but splodge was good....she was only half a length in front....bent the hare 180 degrees....the left him behind and straight lined that hare

Loz has a youtube channel gnash ..him and his mrs cover a lot of the competitions ...they are bringing up news and keeping up to date with the results....theres a website called barbend as well...that have the results .. Loz is also doing a strongman comp in a moth or two....but hes basically retired ... most of the competitors have YouTube channels now so you can see snippets...but they cant film the comp properly ... complete f**k up yesterday as well.....two qualifying groups were supposed to do a train pull.. but the first two competitors couldn't budge it after straining t

i also remember one run in particular ....it was lean featherd animal....very saluki looking most of the others looked alike that dog/bitch i forget ..ran one over a road and on to neighbouring land....and the landowner wasnt happy ...but tom smoothed it over....i think it killed it over there...

might have got that wrong then....some of the doo's i have been to roll in to one event....yeh i remember the name packer ..i was deffo at a puppy comp...and i do recall it being from two different litters ..but all brother and sisters...
