  1. They shouldnt be able to 'fall' as there back legs shouldnt be off the ground?
  2. Get the pics up, would love to see them Good luck with the dog, sounds like a nice rescue. We once went to Battersea, its like being interrogated by the feckin FBI, thought f**k this I dont want a dog of the b*****ds! Again good luck with the dog, whats its age?
  3. Sounds odd to say the least, but theres no reason it wont be a first classer, get the training right and your flying :thumbs-up: We have had some odd crosses, got one now, we dont even know whats in her exept for Beddy and shes showing promise. Was it a deliberate mating mate?
  4. I spray em with Bob Martin or something like that, cant remember the name. Went to the vets a few weeks ago a brought a tick picker though, was only 30p so thought I would get one, they any good?
  5. I do a variation of that. Both my dogs love it, (especially the pat) I got a big picture hook and screwed it into a door frame. Then I used one of those elastic things used for roof racks etc (with a hook on either end) and hook it up to the frame, some rope with a rag on it and tie that to the elastic thing. Mine isnt high enough for his body to come of the ground, its his head height so he can pull and tug on it all day if he wants but its dodgy walking past when he is doing it incase he lets go! :black eye:. He defently enjoys it and keeps him occupide for hours, and will also exers
  6. Sounds rank thinking about it! get well, H&J
  7. What happened then Ditchy?
  8. I honestly cant even tell what part is what on that pic! youve got the copyright bit on it, but to be honest mate I doubt many will want to copy that   We got a Rabbit today when shooting that was clearly blind in one eye. Was this a case of a recoverd mxy rabbit?
  9. I also use the shitty bottles, Think I will buy one of those drinkers. But do they not get loads of stuff in the water/tip the water over?
  10. Fine looking patterdale, built very similar to mine. And dont listen to deltor, he has made 127 posts and none have even been worth the effort to read
  11. Feck of and PM each other, I was enjoying reading this thread
  12. 30in a field? etc Belive it or not, I have never even seen a wild hare Im in Surrey, anyone know what the Hare population is around here?
  13. What to you is the best Invention ever? For me it would have to be the allmightly Cable Tie. Brilliant little things, can use them anywhere.
  14. 2 Jills, will be 4 in summer. Then I will have 2 Jills 2 hobs
  15. I feed roadkill to my ferts, only fresh.
  16. Im fairly sure he would have, but if you look at it like that what is the point of gyms, swimming pools (perfectly good lakes and rivers around) etc I dont have a treadmill, but I see there place. Obviously you wouldnt stop walking your dogs, just as an extra to keep them in tip top condition. No harm done?
  17. Id love to see that highlander, I have only ever read of a ferret retriving. Must be a big strong hob.
  18. To be honest I dont think the breed of the dog makes a blind bit of difference, bring it up from pupan show it what it can/cant do and it should be hunkydory I would still think a Beddy/Whippet or Whippet would be best just becuase of the smaller size.
