    have you got a plane dummy if so try tying a rabbit skin to it it will make it more appealing to him ,my pup wouldnt chase or pick up anything until i done this,it kept him in one place as well because he liked to have a chew on it

    dont give up my pup done this for about a week as mars said walk away and he will come,if he doesnt bring it with him take him to it and get him to pick it up .my pup is now 8 months old and is catching and retrieving so it does work good luck

    the pup i have now is 7 months ,when i chose him i spent an hour watching the litter play,of course theres the physical points to look for like good feet,even bite etc but sitting back and observing for a while can tell you alot

    well i tried my best but the little idiot is to pig headed and wont budge from his 150 asking price,explained the facts to him and all he could say is what about my 150.turns out he has spent all week in court and the dog has spent the week in the motor,with water and let out for an hour at lunch time ,like that makes it ok,i felt like back handin him and takin the dog.thanks to the lads who have shown interest i will keep you in mind when he comes crawlin and cant sell it,its not the fact he is a bad dog its just the lads round here like the smaller rabbiting dogs and he is going to be a bigu

    no news yet mate,he thinks hes gonna get his money back,the only good thing is he does look after it with feeding and its kept indoors,as soon as i finish work tomorrow i will go back and tell him the way it is and he hasnt really got any chance of getting any money.if he wants rid of that bad he is going to have to take a loss

    i am trying to bring hm round to the idea of giving him away,and as you say no one will want to part with cash for an adolecent dog,as for bad habits i dont think he has done enough with him to pick any up the chewing is down to boredom,i can see this dog being given away so if anyone can give this dog a good home let me know and i will continue to persuade him its the best way forward.
