I am selling my course gear as i dont use it anymore. I have a brand new Maver carp rod 2.5 TC with a new Daiwa airbail baitrunner both not been used, A new Shimano feeder rod with Shimano reel both new, Set of 3 bite alarms with sounder box and leads new, seat box used, Leeda 13mtr pole with match top kit and power top kit, new keepnet and stink bag, landing net used, trabucco rod bag used, rod pod and swingers, float rods and reels, lots of tackle for both carp and pole fishing. There is a few other bits and pieces. I want £250 ono for the lot all of the gear is in good condition. call 0776

The bigger the better mate. What size were you thinking of building. Ive had barn owls for years know and they are brilliant little birds. Just go careful on the weight side of things as they do not weigh alot and if you get the food wrong it will kill the bird. Good luck with it if you need advice just ask mate

Its all about patients some doge mature ay an earlier than others, He will come around to it you dont want to run him yet anyway let the bones finish growing and get stronger or you could end up ruining the dog. Keep at it and he`ll get there

The marked necks i would bathe it with warm water then put some savalon on it. If you can seperate them for the next couple of weeks to stop neck biteing.

The smell is because of the time of year and the breeding season. If you wash em the smell will come back in a couple of days. I get my fleas and tick treatment from the vet as some of the treatments can be too strong for ferrets. I will check what its called and put it up for you.

I have only seen it happen once and the fox was shot. It was a big hob ferret that pushed it out. I have had a ferret killed by a fox that was lying up in a burrow, which was shot when we dug down to the ferret.

Why has there been such a big issue made by Ace if you offer to take someone out you dont moan about the effort you went too to do it. Im sure that Cameron appriciates what Ace has done for him. If the lad wants to get help off someone else so what it shows that he want to learn as much as he can. And as for the fact of his disabilities i don t think it should have been made public on this site. I would expect that Cameron would feel pretty upset if he has read the post put on here and feel let down by Ace as i am sure he did his best whilst out with Ace and his mates.

Thats not the best reason for getting 1 mate they need alot of looking after and an aviary so make sure it is definately what you want to do plus they can live along time.

Its about the reward at the end of a day mate if you have ever been caveing you will see how hard it is to move about under ground in the pitch dark it aint easy. Do you eat what you catch?

The ferrets we all work and enjoy working deserve better treatment than just a whack on the head when they get ill they work all winter with no complaints. I have 6 ferrets that i have taken off peoplr that were going to whack em on the head because they were "ill" took em to the vets and majority of em just have nt been fed properly or looked after. some of them have to be pts but whats the cost of haveing that done at the vet to the amount of work that that ferret has done for you. they are not just a ferret they are the tools of our trade so they deserve a little bit of respect.

Sorry to hear about your ferret [bANNED TEXT]. I have never gave to the rspca as they are and were in the decission to ban hunting they are all a waste of space i have called then a number of time about animals i have seen whilst out and about but they never bother.

Can you turn a pet Lurcher into a good worker?

as was said earlier it will come down to the fitness of the dog and condition of its feet as i have seen lurchers run with flat feet and they have torn all their claws out when they turn during a course. If everything is ok with the dogs health then there is no reason why it should nt turn to hunting. -

I used to Marshall for the Beaufort hunt and we had a massive hit one saturday and we had about 1500 of the tree huggers from all over the country. They all had balaclavas on and most of em had metal bars. It was a mad day that i will never forget. This happened in 1998 they smashed alot of car windows and put people in hospital and chased some of the hounds onto the railway line where the inevitable happened.
