I can ask the same question. When you said "it's not normal" can you explain what whole term "normal" means to you and where your basis for this understanding was founded? Why would a child get bullied at school? The only reason a child gets bullied is if the child/children doing the bullying are raised to not accept certain things in society. No child is born racist, sexist or homophobic. It learns these through its nurture, from its parents. Your body can only deal with around 30g of protein at a time so eating any more than this in a 2.5hr time frame is pointless. I re-read you;re going via a proxy server. This will also use different DNS to the BT network. Have you tried changing your DNS servers to open DNS or Google DNS and trying without the proxy server? There are multiple reasons why a switch on and off could fix it and a multitude of reasons why an information request fails on the web. Blame the deed not the breed. You have to be dumb as chuff to allow dogs and kids to be unsupervised together. I trust my dogs 100% around anyone but I don;t trust everyone 100% around my dogs. Kids are clumsy and just getting to grips with balance etc so the odd finger is going to go in the eye or an odd pull on a tail. To say "it attacked without provocation" seems to be the standard line in all dog attack reports and is just a load of bollocks. Arkwrights that I use is on there too...got a freezer full of raw anyway so going to keep mixing it in with the kibble then do away with kibble for good...money will be better spent on meat! What do people do with their chicken carcasses, chopped / minced / given whole? Give them it whole as the process of eating it uses all of their teeth and cleans them. Minced raw is pretty bad as it gets stuck in the teeth. Raw meaty bones is the way to keep your dogs in good health.

If you swap to raw then get your dogs some bones from the butchers (anything non-weight baring) or give them a few chicken carcasses to munch their way through each day. Their teeth will be clean and better looking in days. Google poultry processing to find your local supplier. It's usually about 50p/kilo average. It's the best protein to start them on as it's not too hash on their stomachs which if they are on complete will be delicate and have very little bacteria to break down tougher sources.
