    Was ferreting a small 4 holer a couple of seasons ago when my hob decided to lay up. Gave it 10 minutes then out came the spade. About a foot into the dig when all of a sudden a huge dog fox bolted. His head was stuck in the net tight and I shat myself. He managed to free himself and scarpered. I thought my ferret was a gonna but out he walked without a mark.

    Hi All, I'm in the process of converting the loft to my mrs horse stable into a bird room. The only problem is that there are rats everywhere. I can't put poison or traps on the ground as there are dogs up there but I can put them in the loft. Any suggestions people?

    I've been reading up on goldfinches and muling as I want to give it a go this year. I have a goldie cock and a red factor hen. Whilst I've been on the net I've seen a log of white mules. How on earth are these bred? They seem very pricey too. Thanks Jay
