Seems you are not aware - John Bowkett & BSA are No Longer working together Brought about by many issues - I have one of John Bowkett's Scorpion .177 Single Shot rifles Supplied by John as a Test Gun and used by many @ Lea Valley as a Club Gun Has resulted in many more BSA Scorpions on the Range Many still borrow my one stateing there is a Difference and many have had there's Bluprinted - My understanding is finishing it off as a Hand Finished Gun Instead of a Mass produced Gun - BOB/R
  11. Joys of being a Club Shooter Is that We often have odd Hours trying Different Pellets Springer works better with a light pellet - My money would be on Defiant 5.50's @ 14.00 Grains Work well in many @ my Club - BOB/R

  14. Depends on what Gun - If it a Precharged it's Factory Sealed And for Warrenty reasons has to go back to manufactures If a Springer - should not be to expensive - Again if within Warrenty return it to Manufacture As any work invalidates Warrenty - Pellets can make a difference BOB/R

If Sold as a Air Gun Bottle - it will most probably have a MDE Air Gun Head Can not be used in Water Test period is Five Years If it has a Din or A Clamp - it's every Two years as Can be used in Water Well worth buying the Air Gun Head Longer Test Period and Far Safer There are very few Air Bottle Test Centres and Cost ride each year Depends if done in house or sent off - Normally from £40 -£60. plus BOB/R

  23. John Bowkett - has been doing some test cards for us using these pellets and getting good results - majority of times On Gun's that he is working on and doing tests cards - Like all Bullet Shaped pellets they do need a clean dry Action Barrel as do need to find Rifling BOB/R
  24. Yes - a 4.52/3 is on the Cards Awaiting Wire and Machine Time - Accepted that going for a 4.50 Head Only - was not the best Decision Aware they do work in some guns / Barrels - Re .22's - some moan but they are flying of the Shelves Can never tell these day's - BOB/R
  25. I have a HW100 in .177 Never suffered Fylers - Unlike many other magazine Rifles the HW100 can not alter / effect flight Sounds more like pellet issues My Hunting pellet are Exterminator 9.50's @ 4.50 Heads BOB/R
