  1. Hi, thought id upload a few pictures of my saluki bitch, eve. she has just turned 11 month old, taken a few bunnys etc, working on fitness at the moment before she is started properly. She is from cruise of shildon lines back to a dog out of deckon, Showing a lot of potential pics arnt the best quality as they were taken on a mobile. Also here is a picture of my old dog a 1/4 bull greyhound, i know iv asked before but if anyone has seen anything of him around the lancs/wigan area please let me know.
  2. at 17 you can hold a full shotgun licence, buy your own gun and cartridges, use it without no supervision. check the metropliten police website for more information.
  3. True ,if i didnt have my "boy" id love to have ago at that branch of the sport(hare flights for him),are the photos taken down near Sleaford way in Linc's? yes mate-right next to the sea
  4. hi mate, the bird in the pics is a 3/4 gyr saker male imprint. Its unbelivable the bond that the birds and salukis developed. It was over a 2 hour drive down to that land and the imprint sat unhooded on the block in the back of the jeep with 2 salukis laid next to it without any of them batting a eye lid. It was amazing to see how dog and falcon learnt to work together, just as the arabs do it. Im sure you wouldent regret branching out in to this area of falconry that not a lot of people are aware of, done properly its amazing. atb

In part B- 19 it says where do you intend to use it. do i just write permission land, or have to inclose a copy of the written permission? cheers

  17. cheers mate- how are they at general mooching? rabbits etc? The reason im asking is because a mate has got a pure wheaton terrier-and what a stamp of a dog it is! As you say i could imagine them being excellent charlie dogs.

  19. i,ve used steel pins to hold gate nets up and 8 inch ones to secure net , alan salmon has lovely lightweight ones on his longnets with rubber handles , wood is the norm on ferret nets , although you can use what you like best , fibre glass is good on longnets also . cant speak for long nets but when buying ferret nets instead of using traditional wooden stakes, i use tent stakes, cost about 20p each last just as long and are a dam site easier to put in to the ground
