  3. the terriers allways have the advantage as they are the ones hunting the cover and make first contact a good percentage are pegged in their seats before the lurcher can get a run but the ones that did give the dog a chance at he ran them well just looking over the pics once more makes me want to do it all again next time without that bitter wind you never know i might even find my cap

  9. glenn waters was using speed wax and dying his traps 25 yrs ago on his mink trapping line you could say he knows a thing or two about trapping  as for setting traps in a hollow when setting for rats why make work for your self ? ditchy if you place plank 6 ins wide 18 ins long over the top of the gate rails as i was doing to cover the trap it makes a legal tunnel only took the pics to show the location, most of the sets are aong side walls of buildings and the road ways are concrete so i was unable to seat the traps but as i found i still was getting the rats so i place

  14. there is nothing wrong with the use of wires if you know how to use them the setting hight is the all important factor and if you set them correctly they are target specific the information provided by this gov about snares for both rabbit and fox is out dated and needs to be brought in line with todays modern methods i feel that v.v being a full time pester in the states should know the job inside out and catches as stated are not out of the ordinary at all tight wires every one
  15. I'D LOVE TO BE EIGHT AGAIN A man asked his wife what she'd like for her birthday. "I'd love to be eight again" she replied On the morning of her birthday he arose early, made her a nice big bowl of Coco Pops and then took her off to the local theme park. What a Day! He put her on every ride in the park: * The Death Slide * The Wall of Fear * The Screaming Monster Roller Coaster Five hours later she staggered out of the theme park. Her head was reeling and her stomach felt upside down Right away they journeyed to a McDonalds where her loving husband ordered her a H
  16. contact gypo joe of the site cheapest available
  17. sliders are not round and you can attach a net very nicely to them
  18. a stop on a fence line snare would surley mean more stress as the animal was entangled in the fencing there for would be of no real value nearly all fence caught foxes are dead in the wire , stops are fitted to all our trail snares and snares set on wood land pathways where we may encounter a deer or other non target animals and if snaring where these are likely to be caught the use of break aways helps prevent this this one has a stop on it and one very dead fox
  19. you allways get bad results when the frost comes down as the rabbits wont venture out into the fields a good windy night with a hint of drizzle will see you catch a few in those wires well done on your first attempt anyway
