    I think there are a lot of bad things attached to some peoples fundamental take on Islam which offers nothing positive to our society, but I think the jokes about people suffering are a bit strong.

    The old pest controller I bought my beddy off always had collie or kelpie lurchers. His experiance was that the kelpie cross would be more likely to run into thick cover after a rabbit where the collie would more likely pull up. For him because he needed the dog most days, the collie was more useful because of less injuries although no dought less rabbits. I suppose there is always a pay off with everything.

    I don't think there is any poodle blood in Rillington or Gutchcommon lines. Gutch common lines are full of it mate,rillington are x breds as well,there is no such thing as a true bedlington any more,critics were complaining about its decline in the 1940's,70 years ago,theres no such thing as a bedlington,just x breeds we call bedlingtons. What you mean a bit like jack russels ie any mainly white coloured terrier? Or plummer, how about patterdales?

    My bedlington is a natural retreiver, has a brilliant nose and very sociable. On the down side, she prefers to hunt in the open, i think that could be a product of only hunting with a lurcher and she can turn a deaf ear at times but i don't think it is intentional.
