    I love the sport of boxing, I trained for a few years at a decent amateur gym which was ran by a good bloke who I still see for a pint every now and them, but to be honest I didn't have the mentality for boxing nor the dedication. I enjoyed it at times and just couldn't be arsed other times. Best of luck with it Old Nog. Gnasher what years were you boxing in mate?

    Our boxing coach used to make us do our push ups with our feet pushed against the wall rather than on the floor. They were pretty difficult to do to start with.

    If someone can look at other people who are worse off than what they are to make themselves feel better, then they have not got depression, but are just feeling a little stressed out. Depression is a different game altogether. It doesn't have to take anything in particular to bring it on, and from time to time sufferers of depression will find themselves in a place so isolated and desperate they usually don't know what to do to feel better, sufferers just become completely consumed.     I was watching a program about Steroid use on CurrentTV, and I was surprised to hear them say that the use of illegal steroids is the biggest drug problem in this country I don't know how true it is, but that's what they said?
