hi all, i live in buckinghamshire but go to school in oxfordshire (watlington) and near the school is a rec and football and cricket pitch and it is full of rabbit activity, loads of scrapings, crap, runs etc and i was down there for our schools cross country race/run thing we do and literally 20 bolted into the hedge just 15 or 20 yards infront of us they are so used to humans, now i want to shoot there, firstly i need to phone oxford county council? also should i draw up a risk assesment just saying about misses , riccochets etc causing risk and put that the safety precautions that

what do you mean by bulk? do you mean thousand at a time or say 5 thousand at a time, because we wont have alot to spend on carts, all our money is going towards my sparsholt savings for accomodation , that and mortgage etc so this is just what tiny bit we have spare. and where is the cheast place for carts? and can you mail order carts? is that possible? alright mate i have owned both and both are very good but for what you want particularly the foxes i would go 12 as i couldnt find any fox cartridges for a 20 whereas theres tons for 12. nice to hear about sparsholt to mate iam

cheers, thats what i thaught, you have just reinforced my opinion lol. also do you think i should convince him to get a 12 aswell due to safety reasons of 12 bore and 20 bore cartridges as we will be shooting together sometimes.

hi all, i am applying for my shotgun certificate in the next week and already have a cabinet, have read up on laws, safety etc but dotn know what cal to get. my dad is applying at the same time and he is adament he wants a 20bore as he likes the feel of my uncles over under, he wants an over under aswell. now what i am wondering is whether i should get a 12bore because admittedly i dont have a large budget, (£200-250 max) and wont have alot to spend on cartridges, i want to do some pigoen shooting, game shooting, general virmin control (rabbits etc) and i also want something i can tak

i did notice most of them, but alot of them didnt have holes in that were noticable. and also we dont have any local to us, and these wernt that big either but just big enough, we had to drive about 20 miles to get to this park where i found them.

hi all, yesterday my mum made us drive for half an hour to black park nature reserve/park to walk the dog and walk round a lake full of people doing my f*****g nut in feeding the "cute" grey squirrls and hand feeding geese and ducks anyway we had a bit of a walk around the footpaths in the woodland and i found loads of sweet chestnuts, well as i only had my school coat and not my wax jacket i couldnt collect many, maybe 20 or 30, i cooked some last night on the fire and have just done some a min ago and half of them had fecking maggots in them. so i spent half a hour getting spiked to f

maybe he has permission, i have a few friends that have permishions with the embankment in the field and a fence near the line, legally they can ferret the bank as long as they stay that side of the fence surely?

i am not the most experienced, far from it but every shoot i have been to (beating) has used maize as cover crop, and partridge like to roam onto ploughings and stubbles aswell as cover crop, whatever you do , do not plant canary grass because it gets so thick the birds cannot get in or out of it, it is also horrible for beaters and dogs to work their way through as it is so thick and drops seeds everywhere when you walk through it, we have it in our cover crops (self seeded we think) -
