    Best thing I can say lads is take no notice of anybody else working your dogs what ever your doing and enjoy it we,re all along time dead. My life style lately with work and family etc etc does hold me back at times and I wish I could get out hell off alot more then I do like I used to but it is what I it is I still get out and have my days and nights out with my dogs

    Nice looking dog I stopped the digging couple of seasons back as where I tend to go after the old vulpines is abit ropey and in this day and age every body possess a camera phone and you know the rest Shame like I had a decent bitch called mink do miss my frosty mornings with her checking earths,I've got the spaniels now less hassle for me and where I go there's alot of munty for them to knock up so it's win win some times anyway

    Shame when we lose our dogs even worse when it's a decent 1 I've lost a fair few in my time as I dare say alot of lads and ladies have on here and in the working dog world but it is what it is if we thought about it too much we'd either throw our selves out the window or we'd never work dogs again. I lost a bitch last year though a freak accident worst bit was I'd not long had her when it happened and I'd had her off my mate cause he said il only give her to you cause you'll look after her then that happened I couldn't believe it all the best any way

    I'm not sure I had her mom off a mate of mine a good few years back now new had paper work she was used to kick hares up and deer I bred her to my mates springer dog but unfortunately the bitch had blood poisoning when the pups were days old all pups bar this bitch died and the bitch even with trips to the vet it broke my heart at the time as as the mom was a good all round worker could use her on the gun retrieve with lurchers have a knock on anything any i was with 1 pup that was about 2 weeks out and I could see this pup was strong didn't want to die I'm not a fan of hand rearing pups but t

    That was when she was about 10 month or more I bred her myself her mom was off her nut the mom was good worker this bitch isn't a world beater but she works knocks stuff up that's enough for me
