  1. some people should just be castrated
  2. this is so so wrong on so many levels. Not only is it cruel but i think the mother is forgetting that the pure, no makeup, beauty should never be changed in any way in a child. The natural beauty of a child is un-riveled by any photoshopped/makeup covered adult. Makes me really sad to see that children are influenced in to using sunbeds, having cosmetic surgery and throwing on the makeup after being influenced by such women as katie price/jordan and I personally hope one day that I can help to change this out look on what beauty is!!! Rant over
  3. james wellbeloved...have you seen the price of that stuff . There has been some interesting info on this thread and i shall be feeding meat where ever possible from now on
  4. i agree as a breed they are quite dosile.Maybe could have been a mare in season. I have heard of a couple of horses that would do anything to get at a dog but that is very rare
  5. this is a total stab in the dark here....but does this tend to be in older animals? I know in some animals feet problems can occur when the animal has authritus and it trys to compensate for that by walking diffrently therefore causing the feet to overgrow
  6. we used to carry a little bottle of childrens antibacterial hand wash to just put on any little wounds when we were out and about and also incase we happened to get bitten. For further treatment, as said above purple spray which you can get from most country stores, iodine and antibiotics
  7. Shut up you tart  just stick to the stick and beat the living shiite out of the first one that comes near, the rest always run away when they hear their comrade screaming in it's death throes Top tip aim for the eyes first when some of the horses are worth several thousands i sharnt be hitting them would be a expensive bill i would be getting if the dopey buggers ran in to a fence .22 air rifle behind the ear should do it  243 would make a nice hole

  9. a little advice for the future, if going through a feild with horses (or cattle for that matter)you dont know always stick to the fence line where possible so you can just hop over. I used to have a pony that used to charge people including myself....hold your ground, dont move and they will usually (although if sticking to the fence line you shouldnt be confronted with this situation) stop, if you ran when my pony started she would mow you down and if you stood still she would stop so close that she would nibble you hair. I used to have permision on a place with loads of horses and never
  10. just watched the video, I am disgusted at how all the animals are treated and couldn't believe my eyes when the lad purpously held the pony still so he could boot it in the face :(
  11. 2 pints your talking shit if you dont like it why go,and if worried about drunk men ,leave them to it ,last year went to a few fairs enjoyed them with a few pints with like minded poeple ,and people dont like the truth about dogs when you meet them thats the half the problem I personally am not bothered and have never had any hassel....i was speaking theoretically for shows that have alot of problems, i have only been to one or two fairs so i cant really judge
  12. just a thought, everyone likes a couple right? and although people will find a way round it it could help i supose I was thinking if every person was given, say, two coupons when they enter the fair which is the equvialent to entitle you to buy two drinks then everyone could enjoy a couple but avoid the horrible drunks
  13. it will be soya milk then i cant stand the smell of goats milk haha yes kissing a ferret wasnt the best of ideas myne dont come running at all, i have trouble getting them to get out of bed, hopfully they might be a bit more sociable once they know me better
  14. ahhhhh i get it now I dont buy the countrymans weekly
  15. thank you and everyone else for their lovley replys. I do hope they turn out well, i think ouch will be a better worker than shakey as ouch is alot more cocky but we shall see i could be totally wrong. They are such lazy creatures when they want to be, when i had them out yesterday they did nothing but yawn
  16. my dogs microchip cost me £22 or somthing and for the sake of just over 20 quid it will make it more likley that if the worst ever happened i could get not only my dog but my best friend back How do people get the dogs to stay still while being tattooed?
  17. ah i get this now, i thought someone was talking about the price of putting a advert in the countrymans weekly in that other thread that was started about this £750 stud fee.....yeah right f**k that
  18. thank you, shakie is huge compared to ouch, you can probably tell by how i have to hold her
  19. In that case i expect its cos they are not so used to you and/or cos of your body language, way you approach/handle them. My lot are tame as they come but will take a nip at the young lad that comes out with us if they think he's fannying about, one also bit my missus On the face! Yeah I try my best not to show my fear, I am getting a friend to get them out the hutch until i have built my confidence, once they are out I am not nervous. shakie (the quieter of the two) when shes on the lead she will get herself on my lap, lie flat out like shes been ran over by a car and i stroke her, sh
  20. if its a large advert (dont know what your talking about) then it wouldn't suprise especially if it was in colour
  21. only had them about 2 weeks. They were well handeled at there old home, soft as clarts with there owner but maybe they dont trust me yet??? haha i go everywere in my slippers haha, there are two sheds, a hedge and a very flimsy temporary fence, dont want to loose them lol
  22. Although I am still a little frightened I am really starting to like these little ladies, they are helerious. I got them a few toys to clart about in and a harness until i can get a run built so...here it goes black eye white, jill called ouch light polie, jill called shakie, much larger than ouch The following pics are all of shakie she was death rolling like a crocodile in that bag They seem to be a bit nippy when it comes to being first picked up, is this because they still dont trust me?
  23. my lurcher pricks her ears up when i say "wheres that bloody cat" for a reason lol But seriouasly if its a feral yeah they should be controlled or my fiance who used to be a keeper went by the rule that if the cat was more than 100 yards from the houses it was shot. Otherwise if its some old ladies best friend or not causing any trouble then i let it be. There is nasty b*****d that for no reason sprinted towards my terrier and attacked him, both dogs as well as my fainces parents (i was at work) were gob smacked, once they realised what the hell had happened the dogs chased the bugger
