  1. how old is that dog jpt ,still look very young?theirs another question would your dog needed 2 be tested over a few season 2 be classes as a allrouder ,i,m sure theirs many more shes two, although everyone has there different definition of a all rounder which is what I was trying to demonstrate
  2. I obedient dog with alot of heart is a all rounder to me and a dog for your needs that you cant fault My bitch is a good all rounder but very hard mouthed and can be pig headed at times but other than that the bitch only has to be shown once or twice when it comes to anything and she knows what to do....no dog is perfect but she is pefect for me
  3. I went with petplan insurance as they dont ask if the dog is working or not and my vet deals directly with them to start with. £17 somthing a month which includes money for if she gets stolen, has a long term illness so needs medication for the rest of her life and up to £3000 vet bills
  4. Canine Distemper Virus (CDV) is a risk to ferrets, from contact with bodily fluids (snot and eye discharge) & urine & faeces of infected animals. Domestic cats seem to be immune but unvaccinated dogs can transmit the disease, as can foxes. CDV will generally be fatal to ferrets, slight chance of survival if treatment given early enough, but highly unlikely. You can vaccinate your ferrets against CDV, lasts for about a year, maybe 2 years. No real answer as the vaccine isn't designed for ferrets. Only drawback is the vaccine can also be fatal for ferrets due to an anaphylactic shock
  5. rabbits are full of protien, as with all meat...they are espeically beneficial as they contain very little fat compared to other meats. Although the pups diet may need to be supplemented as they need a little fat to keep condition on them when growing
  6. couldnt agree more, I saw 5 or 6 posters for missing cat appear within two months round here and then a very elderly ladie who lives next to me's cat dispeared...it was her best friend and used to follow her everywere on her walk everyday, the poor women was gutted ....there was some clearly going round killing them for the sake of it That's it, they're a pain in the arse though lol. true, I know a gamekeeper that had a rule that if they were more than 50 yards away from the houses they got shot which is fair enough when you have gamebirds to protect
