    my lurcher has a open wound about the size of a 5 pence it is wet but not bleeding i am sliding a piece of plastic tube over it to protect.done this for two days now can't see any change yet.do i keep bathing it been using saline solution,if so how often,or use something else.will it matter if the tube touches the sore not sure if it does but when she waggs her tail ? not sure.thanks for any advice.bx

    ffs walking my six half mth lurcher bitch really soft submissive pup walking along a footpath a old woman with four dogs coming the other way step out to let them pass without warning one grabbed the pup by the nose it was howling like f**k just going to grab it, it let go the woman just stood there did or said f**k all.pup was bleeding from a couple of pucture wounds i showed her she said it dosnt like big dogs.ffs this happened this morning,just read this thread yesterday aswell

    i have a six month old lurcher,its adult fang as come through infront of the other one with no sign of it falling out,is their anything i can do or is it a job for the vets.

    good you got one back one of mine escaped a polecat type it came back after 3 days !

    i would look at the composition before paying more for puppy food i found with ardent grange their was only a tiny difference in one of the vitamins so just used adult which i was using anyway.you can break up the kipple if its too big at first

    got her done today back again in two weeks Vets4Pets have a good deal at the moment 15 notes per injection i could have had just the one but decided too have peace of mind and have two .go on their website and you can search for one near you.

    cheers for replies I'll phone around today it seems a waste having to have it done again and some say its not good having lots of vaccinations got that of the internet if you look long enough you'll find the answer you want lol

    my new pup is 11 week old had her 3 weeks the breeder said he has vaccinated the pups will one jab be enough

    thought i would let you know the out come of the x-ray its a tumor on his spine so he will probably have to be put down.gutted 14mth old

    thanks for replies went to the vets saw the head man gave the dog a good going over couldn't find anything decisive so having x-ray done tomorrow
