    average full grown yes.. average sighted 2-3 feet long...they get bigger on occasion. only through personal sighting though lol..yawn lol. never seen them swimming? i see them more times in the water than on the bank.

    i've seen more grass snakes than any thing, slow worms? never seen one, adders, the odd one as in rarely over the years. but then again i live in the town end, every where you go round here has a village or a tesco.. next to the main A road or moterway lol. takes some doing to get away from it tbh. (that and people everywhere at 3 am nowadays..).

    a full size is huge btw.. really really long, butyes theyre about even in towns on playing feilds, adders not so coman but still about. fishing the best time to see them, when sat still they slither on past not bothered, or even better a weird thing swiming..grass snake. and finally, if you ever meet one on a path and it proper rears up at you, yes it will bite but, its a complement they cant taiste/feel you like nowbodies biznes from undreds or yards away so you stalking is on form lol.

    I'd also like to add that if it wasn't for Adi at A & M Custom Gunsmiths sorting his rifle at the drop of a hat Adam wouldn't be as happy as he is!! Darryl Yes 100% true Adi from A&M saved my bacon! after finding out my gun was underpowered by about 3 ft lbs! He turned it up for me at 0730 on the sat so i could go back to the comp and shoot !     a simple reason for wanting a taylor made is grade A glass set n built for airgun ranges, a ret to match.. maybe even for the old 10-50x60mm range... adds weight but oooo what a difference a grade A glass heat treated on all surfaces of ALL the lens sides... or..the one on the market is uh best profit margin scope or a highest price tag for nearly what you want. its a bit like settling for whats around verses getting a better tool for a better job...(witout paying the extra 1 or 2 grand!)

    basically, the marking on the AO are pritty much decorative, even on hi end scopes they can be marked rong. as for range finding your looking at 20 plus mag before even thinking about it. even with perfect periferal vision your mind will adjust and for want of words 'see more clear' than actualy is, plus at 6 mag theres a fair old ten yards plus in the perseived clear veiw.. even at 10x mag.(25 plus yards..thats a fair old ten yard is it not lol) withough going into shimming your scope for the #perfect' angle, the AO and the zero distance are pritty much two seperate things if your u

    sounds like one of two things if that little tabb breaks off it'll do that or theres a menu for protecting images so you cant delete them, ;lock; or ;protect; i get a key simble showing on mine.
