cheers bud, not a good feeling but she done what she had to and bred for, she was always out for a mooch and had some good do's with her, thanks again bud
cheers bud, gutted to be honest as that is the line gone now with over 40 yrs in them, give it a few weeks im gonna have to get another one in as the old bitch cant be relied on now due to age etc
if he only had it a few weeks then start from the beginning, back to basics, if its from a home, probably never been shown any field craft, its natural for a running dog to run after prey, hope it all turns out good for you
much appreciated for all the comments, as said its always a risk when you have working dogs be it earth dogs or running dogs, but one thing in my mind is she had a great life and died doing what she was bred for, and not stuck in a kennel all day long
lost my terrier today, she was a lovely little bayer, dug down to her but soil collapsed in on her tried everything but no hope for her, big loss to my little pack as said she was a little cracker. RIP Soot
the old whippet i have will enter cover with terriers if game is found in there, mark anything to ground and will take a line on a fox, she has been a asset to all the young dogs i have had in the kennels
ive got a big dog around 28-29 inch and he pants most of the time, especially this time of yr, plus he is not at his fittest, just building up for the season, once winter comes all comes good
Had a cracking day out not too far away from where i live in Rhyl, Air Show, it was all free and great for the kids, all donations to the forces, which was great for our lads out there in the front line, heres a few snaps
