I have to disagree there mate.It doesnt matter [bANNED TEXT] blood they are weather there from this blood and that blood you will allways get jackers and it DOES matter how the dog works himself TUFFTY The way it is there parents work their parents worked and their parents worked am i missing it?

Thats an interesting statement David J What I mean Joe is that some of the best terriers I have seen working are nondescript Russell types i.e white dogs of no discernible type, rough,smooth, long, short leg. The type of dogs that seem slightly out of favor these days. You want to get out more then fella if you think nondescript Russell's are the ultimate digging dog!

i have'nt seen any pull up but i've seen a few good "roe" dogs really struggle to get a good hold on a fallow, let alone stop it, or bring it down even Thanks Lucky, I've just read Jackie Drakefords new book and she describes fallow as "not particually fast" and roe "not particually fast in the open" and a story about a pair of border terriers that "wrought havooc on ther local roe population". Who needs lurchers :whistle: :11: Jackie Drakesford is probly married to Sean Frain NOT FAST have you seen a fallow take off????????? Roe ditto these are the Porsches of the animal

I think it is all down to how much they go in to there burrows if its mild which it has been they are generally on top so do not pass the filthy bug on underground but when the weather turns the are all spreading the filthy germ! My guess might be wrong :thumbs-up:
