Alot of good points in this thread, but the reason I personally chose the mali is because I am a handler and from the dogs i see they are the best, if there where a better breed then surely that breed would be coming through the system also the only ex service protection (guard) dogs, you are likely to get are those that aint got it in them for protection work and are assessed as safe.

had a feeling the lamps beam was what kept people buying, its a shame the company doesnt listen and improve the lamps

I have seen loads of posts with people saying that they have had to rewire the lightforce lamps, if there that bad why do people buy them>? Also if everyone who has had to rewire them placed a complaint surely the company would consider a better design to keep people coming back ?

sounds like the seal mate, I got the diagram from the users manual that came with the persons rifle, repaired his leak with a bike inner tube. lol he needed it done in a day -

When we used to do alot of ferreting in north Yorkshire we used to get very large numbers of rabbits ,when we were dressing them we used to get alot with white speckles on there livers i dont no what it was but have never come accross it any were else . Im sure the white spots on the liver is an early indication of myxi .

Yeah used it for my dog at home and all the dogs at work have a piece, its pretty tough and washable.

feed mine gutted rabbits whole, started doing it a while back after reading about it, there water in take is less than it was with a biscuit diet and there looking better than ever really healthy.

depends on the lines my bitch is what you call an original straight back so is unlikely to suffer. Over many years people have bred into the dogs a bigger arch, this was seen as more desirable in show, with it brought hip problems.
