Can any one please give me a link to 'Hunters United'. I believe its the place to be as regards to minshaw dogs. I have been a member of this TheHuntingLife for a long period now, and i have a genuine interest in these dog's. Thanks

theres a old fella i knew has a awesome dog, all i know is its minshaw bred,seen it work ounce absolutely dynamite, the only thing the old fella tells no body about it, and would possibly deny he owns such a dog, he is ouite a character,and is as tough as they come,but i definetly know this old geezer puts some game away,i heard recently he has been banned from certain areas were the keepers patrol, there are a few guys out there that might know him and have a better idea of the breeding of his dog, but in all honestly its the man behind the dog

TOUGHGUY i do remember hearing about wheatens been taken from ogormans yard when indeed they were laying the man to rest,not to sure if this is what you are on about. they were brought up north . a few of the boys up there ended up with a few good dogs that they made out they bred,when they were asked what became of the 17 wheatens they said they put them down because thats the way ogorman would of wanted it,talk trying to make it your own

I have wrote this sometime ago and only recently jerry has squared it with the old boy, so I will take it up were i left off. Firstly what is people's honest opinion, without causing any arguements or back biting on the minshaw strain. I have only seen this old boys dog work and i found it outstanding, so much that i would definetly keep one in my kennels, but talking to a few of the local lads, who know the old boy, they tell me he always had a decent dog, so it had me thinking weither it is actually the strain or the man.
