Fook me greg were you not stoned outa your mind lol did you work after taken it? not really francie just a nice buzz ,used to use slate Moroccan and yes did work after ,I was a sandblaster at the time I can imagine that easily becoming a habit when sandblasting! i used to have the yogurt and hash for breakfast ,get a desert spoon crumble your hash on it with a tiny bit of sunflower oil heat the spoon with a lighter and stick in your yogurt and mix a great way to start any day
