Anglers have to pay for their sport, Even course anglers. Your very lucky these days to find any free fishing thats worth bothering with.

I undersatnad what your saying akton, But if one individual is willing to pay for thier sport i cant see a problem. Most of us get our sport for free, Like you say if we are controling rabbits etc we are doing the landowner a favour. May be this guy is not that well connected and doesnt know any landowners off hand or is new to sports. And just needs a start.

Cornio Theres a little bit of tracker in all of us. Its a fine art when its done properly. Anyone how hunts with dogs, ferrets, sets wires, or stalks deer Are following an acient instinct to observe their quarry and wereabouts. Whatever the end result is eg for food, fun or filming. Theres probaly isnt a section because it all ready covered anyway. Its just a matter of raising the point. And seeing how knowledgable all the others are on it really. We all know the basics, eg looking for fresh prints, runs. droppings and generally obsering our quarry. But real tracking goes a

Never been a fan of wellies i have always used quallity lace up boots with gortex lining. Miendl make some good stuff. Or these the jack pyke range they look quite good though i havent got a pair yet but they are reasonably priced. check out ebay
