    how bigs the warren and where is it ? in a hedge or on a bank ?etc tell us more info helloo its on a bank but gotta be over 200 holes on it went there yesturday to have a look as ive just got the land just starting ferreting well its that big you will need about 12 ferrets and a few long nets to go around it but more helpers to help catch them up as if and when they start bolting it will be none stop as long as it holds a lot of rabbits . but as its breeding season at the mo i would leave it well alone until september or you will be in for a lot of digging and a lot of k

    Well iv been back out today with the boss (wife) and even though it needs doing up the main house is spot on all the walls /brick work and roof wont need any work so reley just new windows and all of the inside from what i can tell so far . Tuesday will be the main day when i get the keys to look around inside and if alls well in there im of down to the bank manager in a hurry before some other F***** get in there

    iv not sorted out the second morgage yet but that should not be a problem both me and her in doors work full time and i must have about £150,000 in equity in the house and only about 35,000 left to pay off. as a last result it may come to that because the more i look at it the more i want it

    You may have hit the nail on the head there ... i didnt think of that option .iv booked the estate agent for tuesday to have a good look around the inside .i think i will then book the bank manager . and yes the seven acres will be very good as it also got a few outbuilding on it and stables (a bit more money to help out )

    What should it do ? i have a chance of moving out in to the country to a cottage that needs doing up ! but it also comes with seven acres of land ( lots of rabbits and pigeons ) the price is very good but my problem is that the house i own at the moment is still on a morgage and iv not finished doing it up yet so i will have to go and get a second morgage for the new place until i can sell my house (i will be skint until i sell but it will also slow down the doing up of my house as all my wages will be going on the two morgages . So what should i do ??????

    You saved me alot of typeing mike i was going to say the same as you and this method does work as a few years ago me and a few mates set out about 50 cones put abit of corn about and just sat back and waited it was fun to watch them running in to each other but we did pick about 12 birds.

    ' Just a quick message to say thanks for the gun my son loves it .The green paint on the woodwork is all off it took 2 hours with the edge of a credit card, all of it just flaked off leaving a prefect stock underneath . i put a few pellets though it last night and i was impressed with the power it has . so once again thanks for a very cheap pcp gun

    this has been bought up before, but I think you'll find there are two ways of spelling pidgeon, as I did look into it, so I missed a "u" in a whole sentance, I dont expect people to be word perfect (check other posts on here) but when a post looks like its been put together using text talk, I prefer to point it out, as reading the rules you'll see posts with text talk, can be deleated without warning by ANY MODERATOR, next time I wont bother Stubby don’t take it the wrong way it was ment and said with a bit of fun that’s why I put the simile faces .     On the subject of feeding ferrets i have a mate who has kept them for over 60 years hes know 70 and works them 3 or 4 days a week and at any one time he will have about 20 ferrets in the courts and he will feed his ferrets anything he can lay his hands on iv seen allsorts in the cages over the years from cows to sheep and even peacocks BUT he will not feed freash water fish as he says as a boy he was told by his dad never feed that to the ferrets but salt water fish is ok he doesnt remember why .so has anybody else got any ideals if this is just a old wives tail or is there a reason behind it
