  2. tell you what you might not want to lug many around but as a semi- permanent tunnel that would be ace and with the trap bedded well in i think it should be the right height. good luck with the trapping rob Thats hopefully the plan, If i put the tunnel down for a week without the fenn hopefully the squrrels will get used to running it. cheers
  3. I didnt mean to over-complicate things, it was just a boredom thing and i'ts only to be used at one place for squirrels so i did'nt mind to much about the weight.   4. Managed to get some time off exams today so i used some spare wood to knock together a tunnel with a hinge so i can get to the fenn. With wooden pegs to stop other quarry getting in.

  9. All head shots exept one magpie that was a neck shot but it was still a clean kill. & thanks everyone i thought the rules for garden shooting was something like aslong as the pellet does'nt leave your garden or something like that :wacko:

  11. Now that it's the easter holidays i've been bullied into doing abit of revising for my GCSEs. So i thought that instead of missing out on a day of shooting, i could mix-match. I layed out some seeds & bread with two decoys to see if i could intise any pigeons. So during my revision i kept one eye out for the decoys, after nearly ten minutes a woodie had landed in one of the near by trees. and after nearly another ten minutes it hopped down onto the grass. so that was the first in the bag. then tehre was a cold patch where there was nothing for almost an hour when a magpie squaked onto
