I remember some prat in the bulldog game years ago telling me a story about when he had let his top notch proven gamedog into a field with a handful of cows to give it a " feel for things " .......within 5 minutes he realised his dog was being killed and didnt have the bollocks to go in and try to save him and ended up losing the poor dog.......plenty of ignorance out there when it comes to cows/horses etc

If i caught someone blatantly telling me lies to my face,offering out everyone to their face and generally being a c**t to my face....id do more than call him a name !!................I think the lad gets off quite light on here myself,people still acknowledge him......you wouldnt if it was real life youd steer clear.

Its not going to be for a while Stan they dont recommend novices doing the climb between Nov - April........now while we,re probably not complete novices we are going to be racing each other so better to have survivable conditions !................Prob April/May................................so plenty of training time for you once the xmas turkeys out your system

Can still grab through mesh mate....seen it and its not nice...............depending what dogs you keep but ideally blocks up to halfway then mesh the top half i always found ideal and mesh over the entire run as Born Hunter says about climbers................... Dont know if they do bars for just the top section do they ?.....dont suppose theres any reason to.

Must admit i always preferred mesh......i hate when your walking towards the runs and a dog gets up on his backlegs to greet you,leans his front feet on the bars feet go through the gap and smashes his chin on the bars ...........i can see how they are harder to cut through but if someone wants your dog they are going to get it.......just personal preference i guess.

Looks fine .....why do folk these days seem to go more for bars rather than mesh ? is it just a trend.....cant see any real benefit myself they look very pretty i agree just cant see what the attraction is.
