Most definately not.....its human nature to have regrets nobodies perfect.......personally i wish id of taking parenthood a bit more serious and made a better effort at it,and id love to have had the bollocks to have a crack at a good honest working life right from the off.......... Have you not thought about spinal fusion......i was told mines not bad enough to warrant it yet but more than likely will at some stage.......ive done a bit of research on artificial disc replacement which is still pretty much in the development stage but hopefully will be more common place by the time mine needs it.

Good ol Movelat been around donkeys years that has we used to put it on any pain you couldnt visibly see !!................If there wasnt blood coming out of it chuck some Movelat on that was our cure for everything

First off make sure you aint got anything more than " wear and tear " wrong with it.....dont know how old you are but if your up to doing sit ups etc its a fact that stronger abdominals help lower back trouble............other than that a good osteopath is worth there weight in gold ive turned up on their doorstep before barely able to straighten up and half hour later walked out marching like a soldier i shit you not !

Celtic/Rangers....Man U/LIverpool are big rivalries but then they have huge numbers.........the nastiest rivalries off the pitch ive seen were clubs with smaller followings......Wolves/West Brom is as serious as ive seen......right down to little clubs im told Chesterfield/Mansfield is a mad ol day........Different rivalries for different reasons the Arsenal/Spurs rivalry is massive on the pitch but Spurs rivals off the pitch are Chelsea and West Ham....look at all the hooligan films they are all the traditional old West Ham/Millwall/Chelsea feuds im not aware theres one film been made about M

LIverpool/Everton a derby,they like each other !!.....very odd if you ask me.......... Im biased but a proper rivalry gets spoiled when you play each other twice a year every year..... last year should of been a terrible season for a West Ham fan but the beauty in dropping down a league was we got to play Millwall !...........I always thought ours was one of the most nastiest and unforgiving rivalries in football...................until i was in Turkey some years ago and went to a Fenerbache/Galatasary game

Ive just started getting into aviary birds so been reading up a lot of posts from that section of the forum,i never realised Craig was so into his birds and had such knowledge on them.......im finding reading it a bit of a choker he sounded a real nice fella.

Im not a ponce i,ll pay my way ......Just looking for some Canaries just got a few red factors a few norwich,fifes etc.......just wasnt pleased with the quality i bought them on a whim without doing any research.....i couldnt tell good from bad so it tells you how bad the ones i bought were when its obvious to a novice ! Got an issue of that magazine today and theres someone local to me so hopefully get sorted over the weekend.

Cheers for that Stig i,ll have a look for the mag tomorrow ....yes a mate of mine built me a nice little aviary but i think i rushed into buying some birds out of impatience and im not happy with them so wouldnt mind getting some better.

What are generally thought of to be the best places to buy aviary birds ?....private breeders,bird centres ?.....I take it you wouldnt buy from a pet shop.......not thinking of cost just the quality of the birds themselves.......is there still such thing as the Cage and Aviary magazine ? used to look at it years ago but havent had one in my hand for years........cheers
