As a nation we are responsible for some of the greatest minds in the history of human beings....nobody makes judgement on a football match 3 minutes into the game when one of the teams is renowned for its great footballers. Maybe we should have faith in our own people !

Sums it up really...the closest family units are getting pulverised Italys deaths into the thousands.... while Nigeria,Ghana,Ethiopia etc are barely into double figures

Knowing as we do that the virus is effecting older people most is it possible that Italy has such high figures because of the culture they have of cross generation living....lots of Italian familes have 3 even 4 generations all living in the same family home and so the self isolating thats about to happen for over 70,s here is pretty much impossible for many Italian familes.

Couldnt agree more,i was responding to the chap saying health and safety has ruined everything....im no fan of the hi viz generation as it takes away decision making but lets face it animals cant make decisions so stopping a lion cub ending up in a 10th floor council flat has to be a good thing.

There was a few corners like that the one you are talking about was where the National Front stall was it was just set up like any other stall apart from the van round the corner that contained 4 or 5 big strong lads waiting in case anything went off.....the funny thing is though one of the only black faces to regularly stroll through there was the Prince geezer i forget his name now he used to sell the betting tips....and everyone loved him ?.....but your right it was a big NF area.......shame no c**t listened really !!

You say that mate but that was a rough old market i dont have much of a social conscience and could never book myself as an animal lover but there was some scandalous shit going on down there....we was never allowed pets as kids so i never paid that much attention but the odd time i walked through there i remember feeling bad....i didnt understand it all at the time but having had animals since i can see what was going on,pups literally off the dams teat being sold,everyday Sparrows being dyed and sold as Canaries it was a hideous f****n place ?

So true that....a Cypriot pal of mine from way back in Repton days left school at 14 with absolutely f**k all but his dad had a couple of dry cleaners shops and gave him money as a teenager to get on the property ladder.......he ended up as the most succesful buy to let developer in the Uk and is now out of residential and onto hotels......purely on gut instinct,knowing and predicting the market.

Your not talking crap mate its just common sense to assume a bloke twice your size can beat you in an arm wrestle but theres so much more to it than just bulk and power....its actually quite dangerous for overly strong guys with no arm wrestling knowledge or experience to pull against seasoned arm wrestlers their muscle power is too much for their joints to take.....think of it like a wheel spin in a car,all that engine power that you cant get down on the track,something has to give.....i hear Eddie Hall is training hard for this so fair play see how it go's but my money is on Rob Vincent....b -

And by the way i know theres a few strongman fans on here....on the first day of the new World Arm Wrestling League season on April 21st theres going to be a one off challenge match between Eddie Hall and the world middleweight champion Rob Vincent Jr....im no fan of these crossover sporting events but it,ll be interesting to see how a 200 lb arm wrestling champion does against possibly the strongest static strongman in history and twice his size !.....personally i,ll be amazed if Eddie Hall can compete with Rob he,ll have to try to top roll through him because if he tries to go joint on joint -
