  2. i have found out if you use 2 landing nets with cut down poles with the net removed for end pins you can easily carry 150yds of net by placing the hoops over your head thus leaving both hands free to carry your catch

    i dont mind paying anything but when ive got a wedding in 3 weeks and stuff still to pay for and they take 1755 quid without any f****n warning or even an income and expenditure form to see what i need to live on is really taking the piss and some littlle f****n amoeba telling you "well sir child maintenance is a priority" its a good job this office is in falkirk because the way i feel i would be driving there and setting f*****g fire to there cars or the f*****g building they have turned my life upside down what a f*****g pack of c**ts if i ever meet this twat who was on the phone at falkirk

    just wondering if anyone else has had trouble with this shower of shite got my payslip this morning and 1755 quid gone phoned csa in hastings,southampton,cardiff and falkirk no one knows whats happened rang my employer they reckon they want 800 a month which leavesme 386 to live on. no statement of earnings form or any correspondence has been sent to me
  10. you want a straight pin for a traditional set net (not fixed to poles) if you where wanting to secure the ends of a quickset net i suppose you could use them but i have'nt come across any that have them

  12. definitely set the net on the feeding field side of the hedge set late to give rabbits time to move away from the hedge
  13. nice link there bullsmilk i read a couple of months ago in a landrover mag that the only problem is cold start in the winter but if you do mix it there should be no problem when you think about it

  18. like MC says gain as much knowledge as you can because a lot of people get frustrated and there must be thousands of yards of net hanging up all over the u.k. when people have given up. another dvd to watch is one from glenn waters and there is also a book "the art of longnetting" by harold wyman an excellent read and packed with information to help you out. if you do purchase a net just practice setting it on a playing field until you feel comfortable before trying it out for real and expect some blanks or poor drops as decent nights are few and far between but dont give up as this is an
