  12. but surely that goes against the whole concept of a quickset net ? if ye need to do that then traditional nets are A. faster and B. cheaper this was one of the only times i've had too do this with a quickset took some jiggery pokery but we got there

  14. if the ground was really un even dont stretch the net out keep your pole a bit closer to the last one pegged in,this will give you the slack.take up the top running line around the pole a couple of turns to stop it hanging down then proceed as normal

  17. make sure its stretched out and dried TOMO after a wet night and you'll get plenty of service out of that yet
  18. used both day and night prefer using longnets to pursenets whenever possible while ferreting

  21. you dont have to hold them by the back legs when "necking them" hold them around the saddle area has the same effect and might be easier for the less robust members
