    Now Lucky we all now that once you bottom any vehicle your stuck even tracked vehicles consider this do landy owners expect to much from them and drive them harder of road than someone with a jap vehicle with good body lines and plastic bumpers.Iadmit the biuld is poor highest cost to run don't think so.! Track rod end landy £12 average jap £30 and its the same for most running costs.

    MR T POT you know that motor factors can't supply many parts for jap 4x4 and the landy stuff is cheap.Lads who know a bit about motors can keep their landys on the road themselfs .Having said that i have used both and repaird all types at the end of the day it's persanel joice but formost it comes down to what you nead your 4x4 for.OFF ROAD /MOTORWAY/ TOWING/GOODS/POSEING,OR A MIX AND MATCH.For the record i use a 90 T5 and it does the job for me.

    got a little bitch good with other dogs and very soft with kids , a little terrer on rats marks rabbit sets for ferrets and when out clearing ferrel pigeons from farm biuldings with air rifle if any are still flaping she runs in and finishes them of and retrievs to hand plus shes good company out and about .This is the only work i have asked her to do so my experience is very limited

    Thanks people for replys still would like to know witch region would have the most hunters north south east or west and is it linked to population or towns or rural areas.As for northumberland i think most hunters are from towns but we do have a vast amount of countryside on our doorsteps i started to hunt(catch bunnys as a kid living in a pit town useing snares on the pit heaps .)so they may be called townies but many have a lot of hands on experiance of the countryside and the wildlife it supports .SO as i'am thick could someone devise a poll to show percentage of members in areas could be

    Just a thought can i list members by location ie northumberland or find out what percentage members in my area i notice not all members disclose the county they live in .Why not might be a help when you can discuse local topics and ask the help of members close to you.Don't know how to set up a poll of members but would be interesting to see who comes up top down south or up north.

    Iknow it's a hard thing to do but if you can have all beaters together say lunch time or when they get their pay just speak up and ask the buggers if they have a problem with you and if so get it sorted like big boys not the infants they seam to be i bet its one jelouse sod stiring it up.! plus the keeper should be backing you up if not then go find a proper shoot to help out with.and stuff the lot of them they don't know that its youngins who will keep field sports going.PS been thier got the T shirt moved on don't want the hassel.

    They like to portray the bad sides of hunting thats for sure.... I think the program is actually a little biased... So do I WHY WAS THEIR a music track playing very mournfull music when ducks flighting to get the feel of the flight just the natural sounds of the area and the wingbeat would have given a real feel to it good sound editing of shots fired and ducks quacking just my thoughts .I have respect for anyone who was prepared to take part in this but its turning out to be meat eater against vegan not hunter verses anti .or am i missing the point ?

    Doos'nt seem like a rough shoot to me driven + duck flight how many guns in the line, did you pay £500+ for the day or £9.50 per head.Sill must admit cheap day considering how much it costs to raise birds .

    I use a ex army sankey trailer to move quads load by ramps and have two small wood platforms to allow bike to sit over wheel arch honda big red and kawaski both snug fit trailer bed size 4ft 4in Wx 6ft L SORRY IT'S IN OLD MONEY.

    Had an early start this morning try to catch charlie coming back home to one of our woods been seen in this area a few times .Got settled and waighted no sign of charlie but plenty to see watched some cock birds wander of into the reed bed lots of bunnys and a hare whent about their businese a nice little roe popped out of the wood .Time was getting on the shepherd was moving about on the quad in the fields below me so decided to give a few calls no fox but a bloody big buzzard came straight into the tree i was under it gave me a quick look over and then it was off.Unloaded the gun got me gear

    fed powershok 55gr use in my howa 223 consistant round for my rifle but you should try as many makes and wieghts as you can afford as i did .this is the advice given by fiflemen more qualified than me.

    do you know location of theft ie shooting ground, home ,town ,pub or somwhere routinley used targeted theft of gundogs or vehicle theft.In my area if dogs are docked they have to be ID chipped there should be a regester of stolen dog ID no's checked at time of booster injections.It's a bloody shame hope this lad has some luck.

    rig inlet side of lift pump to a can of fuel if runs ok then problem is in fuel line to tank or tank itself used to get corrosion problems with jap vehicles where the fuel pipe was on top of tank and the anti rust coating did'nt reach. pipe holed with rust and sucking air.good luck
