valid piont on house prices NO houses like all things have gone up in value the irony is that ratreeper will get his share at the end of the day (thats if HM GOV. don't get it for careing for mum and dad)Back to my first post a Gov minister says most would like to work on after the reach 65 anyone like to run a poll on this because i don't know anyone who thinks that way or is the ministers advisers on the ball and have got it right.

Very good... Do you realise how daft it sounds moaning about having to pay more for the cost of living these days when the wages have more than gone up in proportion to make up for it? Despite the current economic situation, the general public's quality of life is much better now than it was when I was growing up... I don't know how you can say that anybody who can remember living through the bad times of the ''s has 'had it very easy indeed.' I think its a fair bet ratreeper kisses Maggies picture every night Malt Wonder what contribution to society he makes? Here'

AT SCHOOL WE HAD A CAREERS ADVISER told our lot you are factory fodder or the pit i accept that as i am not that bright thats the way it is but to be at work for more than fifty years can't be right as stated if we retire early then we give younger people a chance for work. my logic is that now we live longer the money people don't want to give us our money back that we have invested in there pot so they can make more money . at one time many workers did'nt live past 65 and a lot died before that so the boys with the money paid out very little.me thinks they want there cake and eat it.

come back a complain to me when you have to pay 17% INTEREST ON YOUR MORGAGE thats part of the cost of living i had to pay .had it easy ye that'l be right we invented redundancy. Tax its not how much you pay its down to the % of your income and whats left for you and your family to live on AS I SAY JUST GRUMPY TODAY PS JUST WANT TO HAVE SOME TIME TO GET OUT AND PLAY BEFORE I POP ME GLOGS.

How can people who have a manual job work after 65.we don.t all sit behind a desk when i reach that age i will have worked and paid my taxes for fifty years ain't that enough i wish these ministers would get some advisers who live in the real world.scaffolder bricky machanic welder etc.or do they just listen to the financiers.one other piont as most folk of my generation started work at 15 its seams unfair to ask them to do more .if you are at uni and don't get a job untill you are in your twentys will you be expected to work when you are 70 + rant over form a grumpy old git

i have a problem with a wtc scope so life time warranty has a UK address to send scope to .posted scope off to them just got it returned to me with a note informing me that simmons no longer trade from here and no forwarding address provided .Anyone have THE UK ADDRESS FOR THEM or any ideas how i get my warranty claim sorted.thanks.

for a spaniel i would get a soft one so you won't break your teeth on it when the little darling takes no bloody notice of it.only joking acme 210 1/2 two tips try to use it with gentle peeps not blasts and if you hunt the dog with other be ready for your dog to react to there commands as most folk use the same tone whistle.atb

took the skis off so i can close the workshop door as for carb adjustment well lets just say its numb hope it will be more accurate when its colder

it's a sach 290 engine.I know even less about these as we don't get the snowfall here but the last two winters we had a problem geting out to feed the pheasants so trying to get this old girl to work for us if we do sods law we don't get any more snow :search:
