thats just too much expense and hassle for me,FF.I wont be going across the water any time soon.I'll have to look into getting it back in a car possibly by some kind soul or maybe get one on this side,but finding top class parents at their job is a bit of a mountain over here.

I was expecting the worst wedgey but she has really surprised me,thats enough for her for the summer now, a little taste of work and let her chill for the moment.hopefully she'll remember what is expected of her next winter

some part of britain i was thinking about,krawden,I wont be in a position to drive over and back so was thinking a greyhound van might be the next best thing.I'll look into the other options,had a very kind offer from some lad on here,so see where that takes me.

I had intentions of importing a pup over the summer of saluki and greyhound of equal proportions for the future.I was chatting to a greyhound trainer and he told me the law now is,if a pup is to come over on the boat with a greyhound transporter the pup now has t have,1..a pet passport..2..anti rabies jab..3..needs to be chipped..and 4 has to be checked by a vet 3 days before it travels across.If this is correct,and I take it coming from this man it is,it certainly puts a damper on my plans,He reckons it will be around 300-400 euro before I even buy the pup.You know if this is true?Im saddened

exactly my thinking,i have a 1st x,had him out today on a dig,had him out during the week checking the goats,ran him all winter on big rabbits,son took him out on foxes for 3 seasons,im looking for another young pup to bring on of the same x,happy out with the dog I have,ignore this 3 out of 3 stuff unless your going soley into compewtition.

Had a new farmer on to me friday evening asking me to deal with some uninvited guests,drove a fair didtance to meet up with the man and he brought us to the place he wanted checked out,looked a nice easy spot and the lurchers told us the place was occupied.Off with the terrier and in no time action stations Let her settle a while and off we went,down 2ft only,opened up and the bitch had it all under control.This is her 1st chance to get going as she was in season all along.she got a grand little dig last wednesday but today she was let loose and found her own way in and on,no messing about,if

I played against him at an exehibition match years ago and he was worse for the night before,Got down to a double finish and missed with 2 darts,he finished I remember clearly on 94,treble 18,double tops.I went to chat to him later on and he wouldnt even talk to me,lol just gave me a glare.I took the hint.

thanks guys,im not sure id have kept the dog untried for the whole summer,nothing worse than wondering all summer long.at least I was happy with his performance ,there was a touch of class about his efforts.Lets hope he can raise his game with experience.
