Look how long the thing is weve used it enough times and its not caused us any bothers yet,as neil said, give a good man a shitty shovel he will do the job any way, give a good man a good shovel and he will do the job faster,I got a present of this shovel from a mate in the U.S. suits us fine

  6. well to get myself from looking like a pushover,i wasnt there,im never there when anything happens, cause i will not hesitate to do whatever it takes once their on my property. My sons are the same, their big lads now and im confident they can sort most stuff out if necessary, but we dont want any messin so hopefully we will have a quiet life.
  7. unfortunately im not well enough connected to raise an army, what would you suggest to deal with a shower like this peter,?
  8. yeah neil, you could be right..lots of lads would sell their soul for a guaranteed digging dog,Some decent lads wouldnt ,,
  9. yeak they were travellers, one stopped while he was trotting his horse and shouted over asking how the dogs were and that he'd be back again to take them, this pr**k was in his late 30's early 40*s,i invited him back any time, thankfully theyve not been a bother for a bit but ive the place locked to the hilt just in case.
  10. ive had 3 attempts from the smelly whoores to come over the garden wall.almost succeeded too, only that my sons were home.Every time they came my van was missing.they were obviously watching for their chance.Came once at 9 in the morning, the wife walked out when she heard the dogs barking like crazy, put the phone to her ear and they legged it,came back the very same evening with DOG LEADS in their hands they were so sure they were getting them, didnt count on the young lad pointing a shotgun at them and dared em to jump into the yard. Before they left the last scrote stopped to turn and tell
  11. I agree but its nice to know the pricks that try shoot yer dog and damage your wheels are not so squeaky clean either.
  12. Jigsaw, I know you're not a bullshitter but your friend is. He's made 4200 euro from netting hares and the season only 2 weeks old. By the end of the year he'll be driving a '16 Subaru. He's netting them in ones and twos ? So the land he's netting them on has dozens. You think he'd let you run one or two with all the hares he knows about. Is it one club or several clubs (take into consideration that the clubs meetings take place over months and are in different counties) that forked out 4200 euro ? If it's one club then they are already out of pocket and that with only just over half the
  13. I was speaking to a bloke 2 weeks ago, told me very matter of fact he has 42 hares caught and sold to the coursing slubs at 100 euro a hare, and i know the blokes not lying,he does it every year, travels anywhere to pick up even 1 or 2 at a time,i asked him to get me a day out for a run with the dog and understandably not a chance. Its not surprising we cant get them in any decent numbers anymore
  14. MF,id be slow enough to breed again, but never say never,i need to get her busy this season,i havent even started yet due to the heat and with work the last few weeks,Hopefully i'll get started soon enough and see whats happening with the young bitch
  15. its not shane thats breeding them,he was the owner of the sire and the grandparents on the dam side, the man that breeds them does it for the money but does hunt them also.I never mentioned a price but id say thered be a good price on them,
  16. theres a pure bitch after been covered by a pure dog over here,I saw the sire a few times, owned by shanehound, hes my mate, the sire has done all quarry, hes done some better than others but still does it to an ok standard. The dam to be i havent seen but i have been out with her parents,Shane told me this will be the best pure litter in a long time,no doubt there will be a nice price tag to em also i expect.Theres not enough lads willing to keep the scruffy mutts over the lurcher types about,I have a 1st x for the very first time in a long time so I hope I do her justice this winter,
  17. http://www.banbloodsports.com/ln150930.htm#.Vgv5DT2BsEM.facebook and the members of these clubs have the audacity to threaten us while out walking the fields and call us POACHERS,A bit hypocritical I think.lol
  18. excellent,strange and stunning animals
  19. http://www.thesun.ie/irishsol/homepage/news/6650618/Farmer-in-plea-to-tackle-sick-poachers.html less graphic photos might be a help in the future, cause they sure were a hindrance in the past.
  20. http://www.cnet.com/how-to/transfer-vhs-tapes-to-your-computer/ in case you got some old hunting movies
  21. I am looking at this just now... its a paste the wall jobbie i think... I am not 100% sure about that kind of mural .. the other one i was keen on was a dandelion head http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/331573090442 yeah saw that, very nice, but im going down the boring non hunting/animals route,lol...the dandelion head i might get away with but ,,,,,,I dont think so lol
  22. I think the wall paper murals are a far safer bet than the sticky backing type, its hard to adhere to the wall and avoid the bubbles if you havent done it before, but you may have advanced skills compared to me,have fun doing it
