We're together since 1986 lol...just had first grandchild 8 weeks ago ,she's a great woman, been sick on and off for the last few years but the whole family is animal orientated one way or the other lol
-
Stop man,see the shit I put her through over the years with pits, lurchers ,terriers, dead carcasses on her kitchen table(goats /deer/and numerous other items that swam flew and ran lol)...I don't know how she stuck it lol

Her sires kingsmill dynamo
-
My better half adores Mona, walks her and spends time with her in the back yard ,and generally spoils the shit out of her
-
She just lost her complete nail on her front foot tonight,I've run her and her previous owner has run her,...she's well bred and we'll up for a gallop on stuff,

I do,loads of exercise, lots of high quality grub and family interaction for every qualified dog in kennels,no other way to keep them

It's been said the dogs bit some one earlier on ,how accurate it is I don't know
-
Each to their own,I just think it's a practice that can be left out,...the rest of the vermin aren't protected as badgers are,....
-
As I said in another post ,I just can't see why you'd put a dog on them, just don't see it as lurcher work ,....
-
I just put it up in the general section,...I'll remove it shortly ,..this might not sit well with many but I can't see the point in this kind of behaviour,...it was never part of lurcher work in the past but on FB in the past fellas publicly announcing their "PIG" adventures....I know them stripeys are more abundant than rabbits in some areas but to me it's senseless letting a dog hack them about, and get put out of action for a week or more,....it's not something I would ever participate in myself TBH

Five arrests after men found with dog attacking badger ? Five men are in custody after vigilant residents called us about suspected poachers in Hambleton overnight. At about 1am this morning we received a call about a 4x4 vehicle in a field and a high-powered torch being used near Kilburn. Our officers responded immediately, and found a group of five men on the side of the road with two dogs, one of which was attacking a badger. As soon as we arrived, the men got into a black Jeep Cherokee and made off at speed, abandoning the dogs as they did so. Officers searched the

I'm considering breeding a litter from this feller as a last resort if it comes to it ,...he's 5 years old now and settled down at last ,the last four years in the field he infuriated me,and made me swear I'd never keep another, but now I'm going to try get him some action, and hopefully make him concentrate on the job at hand ,he's accepted he has to go back on the leash at last ,and doesn't fuk off like he used to ,...

Could you expand on your thoughts on the matter, just out of interest, what do you find baffling and why,...could make very interesting reading

I'd be very happy with something similar, sonic was a very special dog for my son and I,he was like a tank when at full speed, and reasonably fearless,I saw him getting bad eatings at times and was cringing in case he's back off but never did,he took a plethora of quarry,at times found his own stuff and flushed them and ran them ...

I've had a few allready, and I've had Lucas bred stuff, that were deadly on lots of stuff,....I'm in no hurry to get one at the moment as I'm getting good craic with the kelpies now ,I'd rather a bit of greyhound blood in my next one or lurcher x lurcher,...but next year will do if nothing turns up
-
I'm not looking for the best dog in the country at this time in my life,...I won't get too depressed if a hare or three escapes, once I get a bit of sport and the dog doesn't pull up or curs on me ,I'll take it all day long
-
If you get a real game greyhound bitch, they put lots of drive and fire into litters,if you like fast pace and lightning fast reaction then they bring that to the table also,I like a bit of everything, not just running hares,as an all round sporting animals ,a dollop of greyhound is the key I believe, and it steadies the offspring down to with decent obedience added....but that's just my view
-
Yeah, their great if you get them game,I'll deffo get another in the future ,my own bitch is off kings mill dynamo and the barrac line on the dams side
-
Were not certain as no info is available on her past but we reckon she's a track bitch, the Tatt's on her ears are so faded we can't make out what it is
