  1. i read somewhere a while back that a few surveys were done around the country on badgers and hedgehogs and they found that areas that were heavily populated with badgers had very little numbers of hedgehogs in them,so it could be that badgers have them on their menu aswell.
  2. sorry to read about whats happened mate i hope you find some trace as to where they have gone, this seems to be happening everywhere, 2 of my mates had their lurchers pinched last week,2 lurchers from each kennel, and as someone as already said someone out there knows something, good luck mate and all the best.
  3. if todays weather is anything to go by i dont think it will be an enjoyable day, this show doesnt have any luck with regards to the weather, i think they moved it to this venue because the fields kept getting waterlogged at the last place, good luck and all the best to all that go, :thumbs-up:
  4. black rocks are pretty good layers but my honest opinion on them is that they are over rated,if you want good layers stick to the warrens.
  5. what date is it ? thanks.
  6. i've been feeding mine on j.wellbeloved dry food for a few years they do alright on it,but they dont seem to be keen on eating meat now, if i put a rabbit in they have a bit of a pull on it but dont seem to be interested in eating it and the same goes for a pigeon, which means it all goes to waste, this seems strange to me because if i had the choice of meat or dried food i know what my choice would be,also i personally think that they dont work the same as flesh fed ferrets they dont seem so keen, just my opinion.
  7. hi mate check the date of the advert its probably sold now, its from december 2008,all the best.

  15. dont want to depress you even more but my mate bought one 'R' reg he had nothing but trouble with it the head went and the injectors ,it cost alot of money to put right and he got shot of it,best of luck to you.
  16. same here i bought a few off him last year at one of the gamefairs, set them and lost what ever was caught in them because the bead had come off and allowed it to escape, its all look good cheap rubbish,i also had a bit of trouble with some mole traps that i bought from him over the phone and his after sales service was'nt very good either , i would'nt buy anything from him again.
  17. i'm sure there was someone on this site making and selling them to order, have a look back through the topics for a contact number.
  18. i have seen a few that like to fight with other dogs and are real punchy because they have had their own way most of the time but they just seem to yellow ba****ds, they can talk the talk but cant walk the walk especially when put to real work when they need that little bit of fire and drive about themselves.
