Rough salt is sea-salt,home-made stuff,fill half a bamboo with sea-water,let the water evaporate,scrape off the salt,thats what we used to do They are an aquired tatse to be honest,I told my mate Chirs to crunch and swallow without looking,he didnt follow my advice and projectile-vomited,most guys wash them down with a san-mig -
