Don’t want to let it out mate,had six months here last year maybe a little longer this year,it’s brand new,would rather people didn’t use it,but my sons living in Florida,he will use it for holidays as he likes the area.

Tetley from the “Foreign foods” section in the local store.This is a new build,bought it just before Covid when this was a field,my favourite lake local where I used to watch otter and beaver is being built around,log cabins are still around but not as you picture them.
