so your saying, that no english people do that either, so yes, sounds racist to me, I know plenty of english people that do far worst scrounging off the state, and I know a few foriegners that pay for everything, even working two or three jobs to pay the bills. there's only two things that pi$$ me off in this world racism and paki's some would argue with you stubby that the term "paki" is racist. just read in the days paper they have found the wife who done it.she says "dont know what the fuss is about,its only a cat"! when asked why she did it she said "i thought it was funny".apparentley her bosses at the bamk she worked at didnt see the funny side and sacked her.oh and the police have offered her protection as there been death threats.

any ideas why there estimating 4 months to get them out? I think its because thats how long it will take to drill 1/2 a mile down,its the only way,if they tried to gain access from the original way in whats to say it wouldnt collapse again,already proven how unstable it is in the first place by collapsing. Just a guess,wouldnt go down there for any amount of money,although a lot of my family did in the past. yea i kinda thought that the original shaft would be to dodgy mate,but 4 months to drill a hole never knew it would take that long,cheers for reply though

bet it was a neighbours cats that she didnt get on with it,strange thing for a woman her age to do.i dont particulary like cats but wouldnt throw one in a wheely bin.id have thought the thing would have jumped out.

im same as that, although i would likely have gone insane and killed everyone else stuck down there with me if i was stuck there for more than a couple of months Also think about the sanitation their was no flushing toilets in the coal mine i worked at or toilets of any kind bar a chemical toilet in the pit bottom and all the coal faces were miles from the pit bottom. one of them is 63 years old and very expierenced his wife has told the press when he gets out there be no mining for him.,lets hope he keeps them together.heard the aussies and the americans have sent drilling equipme

sorry bout the link but i just typed that to get the link the competition is going again watched it yesterday.as for not watching country file as some of you say,but me im old enough and intelligient enough to make my mind up what i find imformative and whats a load of shit.some of the stories are really good.however each to there own. your right some good topics,but doesnt hide the fact there a bunch of so called country people who back the ban and if thats because they have to be "politically correct" for the bbc then there hypocrits , john craven tellin lads who where out with there dog -
lol joking aside though must be a nightmare for them.as for overtime dont bet on it dont think chile is a wealthy country,at least if that happened here there be a good claim waiting for them when they got out.Maybe im wrong but there be an outcry if it happened here and they were told it would be xmas before they got out.im guessing they will need to open up a new shaft to get them out in case of collapse if they go through the current one.dont envy them and hope they all get out safe.
