been to spennymoor once eh the guy i knew from ther was a guy called brian f**k cant rember his name.big guy kept a few dogs.wish icould remember his second name.that will annoy me all night.mostly ran at tracks up my way unless it was an open race.ashfield,coatbridge falkirk thorntonin fife and carfin.i honestly miss those days.if the owners of the flapping tracks were honest id prob never have given it up.that and my dad dying aswell. sure that brian guys second name started with an M f**k thats sooo annoying YAY GOT IT METCALFE WAS HIS NAME

Its a fact that smack goes out your system quicker than weed(oh and no i aint talking of expierece from all you smart arses).you can buy a detox thing online that apparently flushes thesystem of drug traces.not sure how accurate it is though. oh and im afraid if he refuses the test he would be put of site.

guess its a vote thing fell.i mean if a politician from a party comes out with something,that goes against the minoritys.they will be branded racist or right wing.as you said sad state of affairs when a vote becomes more important than the welfare of a british person.

Have to agree Im only posting short time but noticed a lot of smart arses who say a lot but know very little quick with the joke and put down but rarely useful or positive comments thinking of stopping coming on already thats a shame you feel that way mate.if you can ignore the shit posts and slagging there some good advice given on here,and plenty lads who would go out thier way to help you.met a few lads that were decent.got all my mesh panels to build my court from a guy on here.
