  1. Like above c green said them ebay ones are pain get a Lee mould £40 off catty shack work a treat
  2. Lee mould (9 mm) what I use cuts off nice, I use a hexi stove got loads free and a old stainless serving spoon with the end crimped in to pour works treat for me cast 200 in little time
  3. simple I have .223 shotgun pcp but nothing beats pulling shots like that with a old school tool good on you

Been at this few year and always thought I was ok but tonight tried a two yard zero after watching a gamekeeper john vid on YouTube, results were unreal (for me) the reason I always thought I knew my anchor point/ aim point but doing my normal at this range I was well out, I needed some tweaks which I did and here’s the results after doing so with my two main catty one 30/60 tube the other .80 catty shack (all 9mm lead which I cast today from Lee mould)

  8. I’ve fitted the wraith to my howa with a extended rail went to zero at 100 yards but have ran out of adjustment, checked everything tight and also tried factory reset but still them same ( I have had to use different aim point on scope ) its close but any ideas what I can try, ive noticed the reticle is low on the display and not central

  17. Try some flats maybe mate? I use .60 snipersling with 8mm on mine and top end of scale .70 dark destroyer for 9.5 steel or 9mm lead. 23/18 taper on .60 and 20 /15 on the .70
  18. I am finding a slightly lighter set up better for me, would that be looped set your using ?

  21. Tried 18/12 taper in.60 yellow with 8mm steel….so made up 23/18 loads better really fast
  22. Just ordered the same brand/thickness in yellow planning to cut mine 18/12 taper for 8mm
  23. Got a lee lead mould in 9mm which should improve on a old style fishing mould i bought, apart from a proper lee melting pot what are you fella’s using as in pots/ladles etc and removing dross from lead
  24. From one newcomer to another i spent six month messing with ebay bands etc but found it easier to buy some rolls and few bits cutter/ruler and play about with tapers it all adds to the learning curve
