    when wife said she was buying the xbox connect for wee man,s xbox,,,i thought it would be crap,,,how can anything work without a controller,,,,seen it avestised on tv,,,and thought ( what ever ) lol took it up to inlaws,,,,what a laugh we had,,,,even the quitest people in the room got involed,,,,her parents loved it,,,,good for some fittness,,,,couldnt get the old folk off it,,,,and when it came to the football ,the guys got quite comptive,,, wife going to use it again at newyear ,,,its a good ice breaker ,,,to get everyone going and drinking pmsl i think women will love the fittn

    this is was my whippet x greyhound flash he was 23 to the shoulder but my brother had a dog from the same litter and it made 19 at the shoulder cracking looking dog mate

    yeah she will run into things,,,as ive said on other topic,s pup,s run blind,,,as long as u dont try her at 3 1/2 months chris,,( joke ) like some folk ,,, zac was same as pup learned as he got older his own running abbilities and brakes,,,if it wasnt for gettin a few knocks as pup he wouldnt have learned ,,to use his running gears when required when bunny bashing ,,,as he wouldnt have lasted this long ,,,he,s 6 year this summer,,,,hopfully she,ll have some off his smarts a smart fast dog lives longer

    A simple explanation. i agree but certain sighthound crosses ,,,,are defenilty quicker,,,,,THAT IS THE MAIN DIFFRENCE BETWEEN ,,,LURCHER AND LONG DOG ( u can breed a long dog to be quicker than lurcher and ped whippet,,,,,and as been proved more recently just as quick or faster than the advrege pure greyhound there speed to be had,,,,with a long dog,,,,,,,,if u can get both speed and stamia and speed ,,,,hold on to that longdog,,as its very hard to get both I FEEL SORRY FOR LONGDOGS,,,,AS THERE SHUNDED WITH PEDIGREE BREED,S ,,,,BUT ARE (JUST ) ACEPTED TO THE L

    too many miles ,,,walking on tarmac,,,,for some dogs,,,can cause corns on pads always give them best off everything ( IF possible in hard winters ) run at beach / road walking and grass if not too hard frost,,,not easy with the winter,s we are having ,,,,but a mixture off excise surfaces is better,,,,than soloey road walking,,,,corns aint nice,,,and somtimes caused with over road walking,,,good for harding feet,,keeping nails down,,,but too much can be bad

    if a rabbit can blow a racing greyound & a racing whippet out off the water ,,,,at 3 1/2 months old ,,,,,what chance does a lurcher have food for thought,,, i agree with u night eyes,,,,,i just didnt want to be soo blunt With the track record of winning dogs what would you say is a good age and way of going about it? me ,,,,i know a 3/1/2 months mine couldnt match a adults rabbits speed i go out mooching with mine ,,,,yes they take younger rabbits ,,,if there lucky at 6months,,,with speed to burn ,,,,,but iam firm beliver,,,as i dont come across much injurys

    do u hunt ?????? i was brought up to hunting,,,,,and i seen lurcher guys ,,,somtimes can be the worst for this,,,,,lev dogs in kennel,,,,too WHEN THEY DECIDE TO GO OUT ,,,,,amazing that ,,,isnt it AND may i might add,,,,LURCHER GUYS LOVE THERE PUPPIES,,,till they grow up,,,then they cant be assed (left in kennel to rott ) ive cutted more rabbits , caught and shot more hares ,,,,than most folk ,,,,killed foxes ,,snared shot or caught,,,,,tooken more roe than most ducks/pheasents/ patrige/ piegeons/ weasels/ stoats/rats///the list goes on and on,,than i care to remeber what lurc
